We'd been with T-Mobile for 30 years, and while early on their coverage wasn't the best, their customer service was very good. However, that has changed, especially at the Valley River Center store. I bought a new phone from them in Dec of 2022 and was told by the employee that my old phone was eligible for a $400 trade in. Sounded good, so we did the paperwork, I paid the additional $435 for my new phone and was assured that my monthly payment would stay the same. It didn't, as they didn't give me the $400 trade in, but added it to my account. I tried to resolve this by calling 611 and talking (for a few months) with several agents. Bottom line, I didn't read my receipt correctly and actually received NO trade in value. I was misled, BUT should have been smart enough to read the receipt. My bad. I went back to the store just recently to try to enlist their help (since it was their employee who misled me) and all I got was a nasty "manager" who continuously kept saying "I've work here 6 years and I know what I'm doing", which, of course, really helped the situation. It was because of his attitude that we switched our cell phone to Xfinity. Got a new Google phone for my wife on them and lowered out monthly bill by almost $100. T-Mobile, you know longer have your clients in mind, especially your long-time customers. Sad, really. Used to be a good company.

They were amazing! The manager Reuben even came in on his day off to get the plan we talked about the day before! Got us all the deals. Brit n Amber were very competent, pleasant, n friendly as well. Made the whole thing better. They deserve a bonus!

I called ahead and spoke with Aaidan and he was extremely helpful and invited us in to look over a new phone plan. I had previously come from US Cellular and had an absolute terrible experience there from the start. I explained my past issues and frustrations with Aaidan and he assured me that he would be able to give us the help that we desperately needed and deserved after being treated the way we were by our past phone company. I highly recommend this store location, ask for Aaidan specifically he's the man! He helped my girlfriend and I walk out of the store with brand new iPhone 14 pros with no money out of our pocket and our monthly bill is a fraction of what it was before.

Extremely unhelpful staff and management. Just seems like they can't be bothered unless you're buying the world from them. Everything sounded too good to be true and it turns out it was, which I discovered when I went to a different store to try and fix my problems. Luckily everything got solved, just not at this store.

I called the store to ask if they had a product, and the rep not only hung up in my face, but the manager specifically told him to not give me a product that I wanted to buy. You don’t wanna make any sales? You just gonna tell your customers to screw off and figure it out. I’ve never been treated like this, the worst I’ve ever been treated at any store in my life, do not come to the store, unless you want to be treated like absolute garbage.

Couldn’t be happier! Nedj and Aidan were extremely helpful and communicative. Got an insanely good deal on my plan and I can’t thank these two enough! 100/10 recommend!

Nadj and Jose at the valley river center mall was excellent ? I do recommend him to anyone. They were both polite helpful and listened to our questions. Definitely recommend.

HORRIBLE customer service from the manager at the valley river center. I was just REFUSED SERVICE because my boyfriend had left a well deserved bad review. I switched to t-mobile on black Friday and have not been satisfied since. I keep being promised that everything will be made right and told to hold off on rash decisions like leaving because they will fix this. It has been MONTHS and I am still not happy with the situation and definitely not the customer service being provided. This man is incapable of solving problems that he created and if t-mobile as a company does not make this right I will be switching providers. Save your time and money and avoid this man and his store.

Manager is clearly incapable of doing thier job, they sold us phones with plans and other accessories and ever since the bill is almost 3 times as much as what's promised, come to find out all of the sales he promised did not apply. Have gone back several times over months and the issue is no closer to being resolved thats not even mentioning the man's attitude. I have not walked into the store without witnessing him audibly arguing with someone and when this issue comes up he becomes angry and obviously is just killing time hoping that we get frustrated and leave. I've worked in management for over a year and it seems pretty clear that he is padding his numbers by making bogus deals and hoping people will just give up and pay

The T-Mobile store is awesome there they help me with all my questions they changed my address they gave me a new SIM card to update my phone for free they did everything that I asked to them and they were super nice
