Fabulous Selection and Staff. I ❤️ Talbots! Sarah and her team are amazing. They are always ready to help and go out of their way to find you the item that looks the best on your body and fits your personal style. They are reasonable even with the most unreasonable. I would say that yes the prices can be high, so it is best to wait for a sale. The quality is, however, very high, and I have found that the purchases I make from Talbots last a very long time. Additionally, I get compliments to the hilt on items that I buy from Talbots. And they seem to stay in style for quite a long time. I find that my money is well spent. I also appreciate having a wardrobe team at hand — I am able to utilize them and capitalize on the experience of the sales team to make my purchases go that much longer. As you can tell, I am very grateful to the sales team and very grateful to have a Talbot store here in Eugene!

I have only lived in Eugene a couple of years. The Talbots in Eugene is larger than where I came from but that is all I can say good for it. When I come in I have never been greeted. I always was in my prior town. I used to get the catalog I want it all! The last two catalogs have not had a single thing I want. The colors are becoming like Chicos - too loud. I received a check from them for $25 so I went in to the store yesterday. The sales racks were completely empty. The clerk said they send the summer things back. I thought I would use it for socks after that but there was a sign that was not allowed!I walked out, crumpled my check & tossed it in the trash! I guess J Jill is now my favorite store. Their catalog had lots of good items!

This store is full of snobs and do not value their own name brand. It is like a car the day you buy an item it losses it value. These pants have no value.

Macy's looks downright dreary next to the bright, fun colors and styles Talbot's offers. Good sales, highish prices at the first pass. Attractive store, roomy dressing rooms, usually very friendly, knowledgable staff who will actually bring you different sizes to try on if you need them. Petite and regular sizes. You won't see many teenages there, but lots of happy 40 and aboves with armloads of nice clothes on the way to the register.

There was nothing bad about it just seemed very over priced but you know pop off talbot. I just thought I could get the same sweater I saw there at like Walmart for $10.

I saw some jeans in the window I liked. When I entered the store a lady who looks to be about my age said, hello. She asked if there was anything she could help me with. I mentioned a pair of jeans in the window that I like. She searched for the jeans but couldn’t find them. Eventually, I found them in front of the register counter. I grabbed a pair my size and the lady took me back to the dressing room. I tried them on and they fit perfect! I loved how they fit and make my body look. I looked at the price, they were above $90.00. I can definitely afford to purchase these jeans but there were a couple things that came to mind: As I was walking into the dressing room the lady told me maybe she could find me some other jeans that are 70% off and I can afford them. Also, I thought of the cost of making these jeans, the labor involved, then the markup.
