They go out of their way to ensure confidence, offering reassurance and taking time to demonstrate techniques. The service is described as awesome, making the experience pleasant, positive, and painless, with staff assisting in selecting materials and even arranging shipments. While the vast inventory leads some to spend more money than planned, the overall atmosphere is highly recommended. The store provides everything needed for leathercraft, catering to both beginners and seasoned crafters with great experiences.
I walked in here kinda lost on Leather work as it’s a new hobby for me. Let me tell you, Ashley was so unbelievably helpful. She went out of her way to ensure I was confident in this new hobby and kept reassuring me that leather work is trial and error. There’s truly no better leather place around.

I went in for a small project. I wanted to try making a leather handle holder for my cast iron and I was greeted and helped by very friendly staff. She showed my how to start and do my stitching. She helped my get the tools I needed. Very knowledgeable. Great experience
