So I’ve spent the last few days trying to pin down a specific brand and product. I called over there this am and spoke with Ashley. She not only answered all my questions but even took the time to show me how to properly apply the product to my boots! For my first time coming into the shop, Ashley sure made a positive and helpful impression representing the store. I’d highly recommend ANY family or friends in a second!!

I got a few gift cards for Christmas and was sad to find out that there are no tandy leather stores near me. I called Portland, but there system was down. I called the Eugene store and the manager Sarah was awesome. We went over different leathers. She sent me what she had and had the rest shipped from California. It was super fast and painless. Thank you Sarah and Tandy leather for making this a pleasant experience ?

I rarely ever review places however the customer service here is the best I've seen for leather places. They are extremely helpful and can direct you in most projects. Leather can be expensive but you actually get to see and feel perspective leathers so it balances out.

The ladies that are there are very helpful even when you want every Hair on Cowhide off the hanger on the floor to look for the best hide ?The manager Miss Sara is incredibly on it with all questions answered when asked!Yes they go above and beyond..service is Excellent

Shoped at several Tandy locations i believe that Eugene store is the best. Ogden, close second. Both had excellent customer service, Eugene had better inventory and everyone knew what was where and knowlage about the leather. Had sugestions when i explained my needs.. was worth the 180 mile drive! Thanks

We stopped in last weekend to find a leather belt loop, with a snap attached to a chain for wallets. My guy has a Harley Davidson wallet attached to a chain, and the leather belt loop broke. At HD they were expensive to replace, so we decided to look here to see what they had. They do have them for a lot cheaper, but the catch is it isn't stained. It is raw hide color. They have an assortment of stains, and supplies. The women in there are very helpful, and know a lot. I didn't catch the ladies name that was helping us, she was awesome. She showed my guy how to make a belt. He punched the holes, cut the extra stuff off, and even put the accessories on thanks to the help of the wonderful staff, but mainly the lady that helped us. The store has quite a big selection of leather, and also a lot of supplies that you need. We were told they will be doing classes soon. I am not sure what they will be making. Maybe belts. I thought moccasins would be cool. I am sure we will be back, he had a lot of fun.

I have done business with the Eugene OR store for many years. Sara Does a fine job managing and Miss Ashley is a kick. Both of them understand how a business should be run and they know their stuff. Buying leather online is stressful but these folks will take the sting out of it. Highly recommended.
