Love target BUT! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!! I placed an order at the Eugene target, it was supposed to be here Friday. Then Saturday. Then Monday. Now tomorrow. We will see if it changes again. I have no idea why it keeps getting pushed back considering I live in junction city. Next time just drive and pick it up. Delivery is NOT two day like it says. I wanted to wear my order Tuesday, figured I placed it with enough time, I guess not. Depending on what time it gets here tomorrow, IF it gets here tomorrow I'll be returning for a refund. 5 stars for target itself but one star for their delivery. I only did delivery because online it said they only had two in stock and I wanted to get a pair before they sold out.

Had my review removed so I'll just say, I will NEVER shop there again, like everyone else I know.

I don't know what is going on with this Target but it looks like the zombie apocalypse when you go down their aisles. Everything is completely trashed there are barely and items on the shelf. It's pretty strange. I used to love coming here now it's just so messy I just don't feel comfortable in the space.

W 11th target is the worst. Never a shopping cart the homeless love to come here, always someone walking out with a cart of stolen stuff, rude " security" people who don't even do anything, things are always out of stock or not even carried at this target. Just take the few extra min and go to the Springfield one. Way better over there.

I don't know which target this was as Yelp isn't letting me find out until this is filled in.However, I think most people know and understand the experience here. There hasn't been a target I've visited recently which stood out in either a negative or positive way, so I think it's safe to say it was a four star experience.

The fact that you can't even find a cart to shop with should tell you this place is really bad. They don't do anything about the homeless stealing cartloads of merchandise. They walk around the store touching things. Not wearing shoes etc.... What a complete and utter disgrace for those of us who pay for our merchandise and want a nice place to shop. Feeling sorry for the homeless is one thing but letting them run the store and customers out is bad business!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR THE PHARMACY! Be warned. Taylor at the pharmacy is not only lazy but she is insensitive and the worst employee I've ever dealt with at a CVS or a Target. And this includes Targets in OR and Cali! A man in front of us came in for his rx that had been called in 2 hours prior and Taylor said " sorry, we close soon and can't help you.". WHAT?! For my daughter's Rx (sent over 1 hour prior) Taylor and the other employee , who was busy talking on her phone saying she doesn't like "coconut body scrubs" , said they couldn't get her Rx because they close soon. (In 5 mins) And then they said the machines turn off at 7?! Um... so get the manager and help these two people who are here for their needed medicine that was called in 1 hour and 2 hours earlier! Seriously... don't go here. Go to the Springfield location where they have a sense of decency and care. Oh and then the pharmacist starts yelling directions over the counter instead of just filling the medicine for these people!!! You're warned.

Unfortunately I need to shop here, but I have to say the Starbucks employees in the store are extremely rude as well as the ones pushing the long lines of carts! I know you can't make employees be polite, but they should at least learn to say excuse me when they knock into people or deliberately step in front of them. Terrible behavior with these staff.

I went to pick up an online order yesterday, and I found out they put your order back and refund your card if you don't pick up within a few days. I had called last week because it was due to an injury that was struggling to make it in, but was not informed at that time that I would lose my order. When I went in yesterday, I had the most thoughtful and customer service friendly group of women help me in the customer service department. I was amazed to see how polite and eager all of these ladies were to help make up for the fact that my order had been put back. They ran all around the store and checking online until they could find some thing that would work for me. Enriquetta was one of the women I dealt with the most and she is an absolute gem. I hope all of these ladies are highly valued in their place of employment as they are incredibly deserving of it. I also hope that all of these ladies have a wonderful Christmas after helping to ensure that mine would be great as well! Talk about Santa's helpers!

Not looking real good right now. 5 of us have been standing around in the electronics dept waiting, waiting, waiting..... Finally some help shows up. First customer is having issues operating his phone, so the clerk spends about 20 minutes trying to instruct this individual while the rest of us are waiting, waiting, nobody else can help apparently as this one individual is the only one 'allowed' to help with phones. Finally has the one customer sorted out, now he is trying to help the next customer resolve THEIR issues with setting a security code. ....... This has been going on for another 20 minutes while we are still waiting, waiting...... Matter of fact, he is on the phone with the manufacturer trying to sort out this phone mailbox problem while I'm standing here, so I might as well review this mess... nothing else to do while I'm waiting..... oh cool! The speaker phone he is using just announced for all of us what the password is the lady just chose. We are prepared to spend $800 on a brand new iphone and are getting close to just walking off as they are busy helping people with issues, while those of us with money to spend are standing here waiting, ........

I really dislike this location. Security basically follows me around every time I go in. I do not know why. I stopped going to this location entirely. I totally understand their need for security but I am not a thief. I have no idea why they do this to me. The last time, they followed me because I returned to an isle I had previously visited. I had changed my mind about something I was purchasing. They sent some zitty teen employee to check up on me. "Can I help you?!" Now what was I to say? I really didn't need any help but ok. "Uh...SURE! You can help me decide which color of soap dispenser goes best with my bathroom decor. It's ocean themed. I'm not sure if I want mermaid blue or deep ocean blue. And my counter tops are soft white. What do you think about this decor? Do you feel blue is too much or should I go with an accent color like orange? Do you feel ocean themes are tacky and outdated? Maybe while you're here you can help me decide what color towels to get? Do you happen to have this in any other color? I really like this pattern, but the color is a bit muted. Which type of floor mats do you think go best with this color? Well now I'm going to need a shower curtain. This style is available on your website. Do you have it here in store? Oh, it's not here but is it in the back? Maybe could you just go check? I'm sure if you just went to the back you could find that you've got some in stock. When I look online it says this product is in stock. I think you might be wrong. Nope it's definitely in stock. See here. It says "in stock." Maybe you should go check in the back just in case. It says available in store right here. You're not looking hard enough. Go check again. I think your computer is wrong.

If you are not all worried about your health, and prefer to throw caution to the wind when in-person shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic, don't worry, because Target isn't worried about it either. I came in to return some clothing I ordered online. The small amount of Guest Services staff that were not overloaded with work were very kind, quick, and professional. I have been to this Target 4-5 times in person since the pandemic began, and I have seen many customers not attempting to social distance, and incorrectly wearing masks. I have seen customers with masks pulled down beneath their chin, and never have they been approached to correct it. Whoever is responsible for the check-out procedures at Target did not take the pandemic into consideration. The aisles are so small that customers have to wait in areas where customers are constantly coming and going, and no one attempts to social distance. There are never enough cashiers to check out the number of people waiting, and many of the orders take a long time because customers have questions, concerns, coupons, and use multiple cards for one transaction, etc. While waiting to check out, a staff member approached me and asked if I wanted to come to her check-out counter, which wasn't within the designated check out aisles. I followed her to her check-out location right at the entrance of the store. I purchased about 3 items, and within that 1 minute transaction, about 6 people barreled right by us with no consideration for social distancing. I don't know whose idea it was to place a check out station at one of the busiest locations in the store, but in no way was social distancing possible. I understand the pandemic has turned the world upside down, and department stores are rushing to catch up. All of the staff I interacted with were doing the best they could under the circumstances. We are coming up on the 1 year anniversary of the COVID-19 pandemic, and none of the store check-out procedures were safe for customers or staff, and very rarely allowed for social distancing. Based on what I saw today, I cannot in good conscience continue to shop there online or in person until they prioritize customer and employee safety. I will be shopping elsewhere for all my clothing, kitchen supplies, food, electronics, home decor, and holiday decor.

I have been coming here for decades, literally. And I've never thought to leave a review. So, let's get this started. I love target. I love that there's basically everything I could need for a quick trip or to casually stroll and find things I need, want, or didn't know I needed yet haha. It's a great place for holiday gifts as well as every day needs. Displays change keeps fresh inventory. It's so great. The workers are always kind and quick and knowledgeable. The store is clean, especially during covid precautions.
