This company seriously goes the extra mile! I was selling my house in Coburg, getting it all cleaned up and ready for the new owners. Two days before the new owners were going to occupy the home, I moved our desk and printer and there was a huge rust stain behind the desk near the baseboard! I tried so many products unsuccessfully to try to take the stain out! I called a few carpet businesses, but they weren’t able to help with SUCH short notice! I finally ended up calling the Carpet company and they figured out how to make it happen on such short notice!! They replaced the stained piece of carpet from a closet area that had the same carpet, and then they used a remnant of their own to replace the closet piece. I can’t say enough about this company being flexible and ‘yes’ people!!! The house was ready for the new owners right on time!! ?

We live in Oakridge, Oregon and purchased over $10,000 worth of flooring from Dave at the Carpet Company in 2018. The vinyl part was fine but the carpet in every room upstairs and down started buckling almost immediately. Finally after several complaints and sending pictures of the buckled carpet they sent a carpet installer to the house. He didn't care to move any furniture he just did his best to stretch it the way it was. It looked better for a few days or so and then back to the way it was. Since then we've tried to get some resolution from Dave but he doesn't return calls and when he finally did he asked for pictures again. You can see huge buckles in the carpet, so bad that it's a tripping hazard. I believe any good carpet person could come out and reinstall it properly and we'd be happy with that. We sent pictures again and never got a response. We stopped by his store recently and of course he wasn't there so we left a detailed message with the gal at the front who insured us he would call when he got back. Well, of course, we never heard from him. I would never do business with these unscrupulous people again. I will update this review if we ever get satisfaction. My best advice is to avoid this store.

Lazy installer didn't cut carpet over crawl space, just over crawl space handle. Super convenient. And left random pieces of carpet outside on concrete instead of discarding them.

We could not be happier with every step of the process at The Carpet Company! From the friendly and helpful initial sales consultation, to the professional installation, to the carpet itself, we were delighted with their service. We were able to get carpet installed in less than 2 weeks, which they managed to make happen even though everyone was scheduling 6 weeks out. The carpet itself was plush and soft, even at a great price. Everyone commented on how well it was installed and how great it looked. Would recommend without hesitation.

I had worked at the Carpet Company many years ago, and found it a great place to work. Unfortunately, I left being recruited by a different type of employment, and the enticement to learn a new career path. The work environment at the Carpet Company was good, and I regret leaving. I went back a couple weeks ago, and found the professionalism of the personal was exemplary. If I were to need carpet, The Carpet Company would be my first choice.
