This is a good place to live. Great staff, very safe, convenient location, and lit structure 24 hours. Noise is sometimes an issue, but as it is with any college living style appartment.

Been living here for 2 1/2 years now! It has great amenities, I feel safe living here. Apartments are very spacious and the area is nice! The staff is very nice and always helpful when there’s an issue!

This apartment complex is clean, safe, and very close to the football stadium. The rooms are spacious and furnished, and I enjoy the amenities. The only downside is the price (I feel like it’s on the pricer end), but at least you get a lot for what you are paying. It’s close-ish to campus (about a 30 minute walk).

This is my second year at The Flats at Chase Apartments and I love it! The apartments are super modern with all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect, close to shopping and the Austen stadium. The management team is really responsive and friendly. The only things is the gym is small so there’s not much variety in the equipment available and the pool is not in the building itself. Overall, a great place to call home. Also the rooftop is amazing.

Apartment is very nice. Spacious, clean, organized and lots of storage. The amenities are nice too. And even though you may be far from UO, prices are good for what you are provided and you are close to Autzen. The staff is so kind and helpful. Just love everything about the flats at chase!

I don’t live here, so I can’t attest to the living conditions. Hence the mid rating. However they host nice giveaways and events, so that is worth something. I think.

Good value for the price. Plenty of amenities and helpful staff. Can be rowdy if you are unprepared to live with college students.

This is an excellent place to live if you are a continuing student at the University of Oregon. Even though the path to campus is a bit far, it’s still worth it as you get to experience a lovely ride through Alton Baker Park. I love the gym and balcony view here. I would highly recommend.
