Mike was awesome! I have a hat I've had for years. Either it shrunk or my head got bigger, either way, Mike was able to help me out. 5 minutes of him fiddling with my hat and some pleasant conversation and my hat fit me again! Very pleased! I will be returning for all my hat needs.

Eugene is lucky to be home to such a skilled and knowledgeable hatsmith. My hat had been warped by a shoddy resizing operation elsewhere but Northwest Hat Co. restored it to its original snappy self. When I need a new one I'll go here.

Nice store, custom hats, plus quality mass produced hats. Man knows hats, prices are good, even for custom made. Highly recommend
