I received a fabulous pedicure from Taylor today. As a person who normally does not get pedicures it was the best one I ever have had. Taylor is delightful and is very attentive. I highly recommend this place very comfortable and the price is right.

Got a pedicure from here while I was stuck in Eugene waiting for my car to get serviced for 8 hours and it was a great service. Relaxing atmosphere and overall enjoyed my experience. Would go again. The person who helped me was Vincent.

This was hands down the worst experience. The tech who did my nails ignored the shape i wanted. Then he kept messing up my polish and continued to say “I messed up his work” he repeated this for the entire service. I kindly asked him to just finish up so I could leave and he proceeded to complain to me. He was so rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Love this place! I go here frequently for dips and pedicures. My fiance and I just came and got our nails done before our wedding (he got a Mani Pedi just to clean things up) and they are perfect. Highly recommend!

Vince is an amazing toe nail artist and gives the best massages. Only coming here because these piggies deserve the best. Also all the nail techs I’ve had for my acrylics have been primo services.

Worst pedi ever! I took my Mom for the Mother's Day weekend. She had a regular pedi, while I opted for a Gel pedi. They had her waiting for her nailtech while my nailtech went ahead & started on my toes. OMG was he rough! Started clipping my nails with the cuticle nippers. Asked if I want them shortened. Yes I replied as he already cut my toenail all the way back. Then proceeds to file my skin since there was no nail left to shape. Ughh. He cut all my toes this way. What happened to using toenail clippers? He never massaged my foot. Only my toes! Twisted & pulled them, that ish hurt! After painting my toes he used his own fingernails to clean the sides. Ouch! He dug his nails through my skin. My foot started stinging, sure enough he had cut the side of my foot and the top of my toes! I will never return to this salon again. Thank goodness my mom didn't suffer from the same fate. Her pedi was fine. Good lord do not let the owner/husband/male do your pedi! Never again.

While there are some good folks who work here, the service and quality are rarely worth the price. Today is my last visit as the man who gave me a pedicure barely looked at me and was rushed to finish. People have good and bad days, I understand, but I felt the price should include a bit more hospitality. Also, as you can see in the pictures, the polish was missing from a part of my toenail and for my other toe, messy/unprofessional. I am not concerned with anyone being super friendly or even that nice, but the nail worker did not tell me he was done. He simply stood up and walked over to another customer, leaving me sitting in the chair wondering if "that was it". Alas, I will no longer support them despite the location being ideal for my route.

The guy on the phone was rude and ignorant, decided to give them a chance anyways. Gel nails came off within a week and pedicure wasn't even that great. Will not be going back :)

They fit me in late in the day, copied a picture I brought in exactly, and was fast and courteous. I'm definitely planning on this being my new place.
