I went into Title Nine in Eugene a couple of years ago and found my favorite-ever bathing suit. The staff was super friendly and encouraging which is nice when shopping for a bathing suit. Who doesn't love a little body positivity! Since then, it has always felt like a place I am happy to support. Yesterday I happened to be passing by and popped in. I found a couple of pieces that I liked but wasn't sure about. After Ashley helped me style them, they were perfect though. Wanly was also super helpful and friendly. It's refreshing to go shopping and have the staff feel more like friends than salespeople. Ashley and Wanly were both honest about what looked good and what suited me. They made the whole experience really outstanding. Title Nine is all about the experience! From start to finish, you know you can count on finding quality, good vibes, and versatile clothing that will last.

I received a gift from Title Nine, but nothing fit or was my style so it all needed to be returned. I looked on the site to see if I should just request a gift card and purchase something else but the inventory was limited, and I feel like it is tailored for a very narrow customer base. For example, all of the sports bras available when I reviewed the site were non-adjustable, this makes it difficult for a petite woman to find something that would fit her or adjust to her size. I request the money be credited to the original purchaser. Despite that request they sent me a gift card and I had to call and request again that the money be credited to the original purchaser. I find it frustrating their paperwork touted the no questions, no kidding guarantee that you can make a return with no hassle; however, everything I returned required that I answer questions in regards to why it was returned. The gifts were packaged nicely and the company has good presentation but overall I am not a fan, and would never recommend this store.

Found my store in Eugene quite easily. It is even better than their rad catalog. Had all my desires plus my sizes.

Ways to make non tiny women feel unwelcome. Have a large display in the front with dozens of pairs of the most attractive tights. Stack them in a large pile so you can only find sizes by going through and checking the tag on each one. Those of us who are not medium, small, extra small, or extra extra small are used to checking the ones on the bottom for the non tiny sizes. I did that on each stack and there was nothing larger than medium in any of the stacks except for one pile in basic black. when I asked if they had any more sizes in the back they said they didn't think so. Then thought about it and guessed maybe they hadn't been sent anything larger than medium in the non black colors. I have a hard time believing this is true. Because companies don't want their tights worn by anyone larger than M? because they think there are few such women (the average woman is a size 12)? Because companies or buyers are making a judgment women larger than M should not wear anything other than basic black? Patagonia, one of the brands prominently displayed, makes the tights in L and XL as well as S and M. Is it the company or the local buyer who decided not to get anything larger than Medium in anything but black? Or is it the people doing the display who decided it was ok to put everything out in front in Medium sizes or smaller except for basic black? In any case the whole set up was designed to not serve women bigger than M. which is a lot of us. I hated that there was nothing that would fit me in other than basic black, that they had made a big front display with hundreds of things in it that had only one piece of clothing I could find that was an L, that I had to ask for sizes larger than M, that they were completely unhelpful, and they strongly implied the buyer or the company would not provide anything in non-black in an L. it actually felt a little bit like they were shaming me for being an L by the end. There was one nice more athletic type of worker woman who came in at the end and heroically tried to help but otherwise it felt like sorority girls disgusted at anyone being bigger than an M were running things. And there was nothing for me to buy. They did have some L and XL tops scattered in here and there but overall it's a land of XS, S, and M without apologies.

Pretty bad service this past Sunday. Went in looking for a particular item and the the two girls were so busy talking behind the register to even notice I needed help or that there were even people in the store. .. there were gossiping loudly about a order placed prior...everything in the store is of good quality and high priced it was graduation weekend for U of O , lots of people in town so I would just suggest having associates that are interested in helping customers not gossiping amongst each other.

I love Title Nine! I'm a late bloomer in discovering my athletic side, and that can be intimidating. Not here, though! Friendly, encouraging staff and great products.
