03/13/2024: Nice spot for lunch. I ordered the karaage shoyu ramen with an order of gyoza and hot tea. Loved they had genmaicha. My favorite. Gyoza was okay, tasted frozen. The broth was very ginger and black pepper forward tasting so it was a bit over powering. Noodles were perfect. The karaage was not crispy although the flavor was on point.Service was friendly and prompt. Not too busy for a week day post lunch time visit. Price felt reasonable.

SO GOOD!!! I got the spicy katsu ramen and it was a gigantic bowl of pure delight. This is probably one of the best things I have ever eaten. I was so starving I ate the whole thing in one sitting.

Staff and owners greeted us, friendly and polite. Menu was easy to read. The pork was very lean and the chicken katsu breading was unique. Miso soup base was okay. Very hard working people so I would recommend.

A super homey place with great prices and even larger proportions. Personally, I’d say the ramen shines here BUT the chicken and pork tonkatsu shine brighter. I LOVED the chicken katsu that we ordered and also my spicy pork dish. Will definitely become a regular spot for me. The owner here is also super nice and checks on you, making sure you find everything up to his standard.

Tonight was my first time going into Tokyo Tonkatsu after intending to try out their food for quite a long time.We were greeted by a few different members of staff upon entering and also when approaching the counter.I ordered their Tokyo ramen bowl and did need to Google a few terms on their menu to figure out what all was in each bowl.Overall I had a good experience, although my ramen had an excessive amount of pepper in it. (I'll just need to order without the next time I go.)Staff were friendly and a server did stop by most of the way into our meal to see how everything was.The atmosphere felt very casual, and seemed like each of the staff were friendly with one-another as well, which is always akin to a healthy working environment.I was personally hoping for some braised pork belly in my ramen, but the pork slices I had were well-cooked and tasted nice. The fried slices that my ramen came with were the highlight of the bowl.Would highly recommend for a casual dinner.

This place is absurd. Why have numbers on the menu if your staff can't understand that concept? They got our order wrong and expected us to PAY EXTRA for the correct meal? We ordered two things of ramen and an appetizer. They brought out our appetizer first. Then our entrees came out and they brought out one ramen and one other chicken appetizer (this was incorrect) - keep in mind when I ordered I stated the NUMBER and the name of the dish but they still wrong up the wrong thing. When I told them it was wrong the staff member said they could get me the right thing if we went up and reordered. So you want me to PAY EXTRA for the second appetizer that we didn't order along with the ramen that we initially should've had in the first place?? They never gave us a receipt so how were we supposed to know they rang us up wrong. Also what kind of place doesn't have napkins at the table and you have to specifically ask for them? Horrible service and staff that doesn't understand their own menu.
