We were looking for a travel trailer for our son recently. When one we were going to look at sold, I did another online search and found Trades OK in Coburg. They had the perfect travel trailer there. Darin
was quick to answer all our questions. The entire staff there were so friendly. We ended up buying the travel trailer, at a GREAT price! I highly recommend Trades OK.

Bought our first van from Trades OK remotely from New Mexico, and it was a really positive experience. Darin was honest, flexible, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He accommodated all of the inspections and third party add-ons we requested. He even drove the rig to the Mercedes dealership for an inspection so we could speak directly to the mechanic. He proactively repaired or replaced things without additional charge (from new awning fabric to brake rotors), and when we woke up to a surprise issue the first night, he let us come back by for his technicians to help us out. Truly exceptional customer service. If we buy a new rig in the future, Trades OK will be our first stop.

Flew in from South Dakota to look at a DRV Fullhouse described as being in excellent condition with no water damage. Minor skirting repair and awning replacement was all that was disclosed. Before booking my last minute 1000$ flight I confirmed with Darin that there was no water damage or soft spots on unit.
Upon day of Inspection, I did not spend 10 mins there. Immediately I noticed significant water damage in pass through storgage, total roof replacement was needed due to extreme bubbling and chalking. I started stepping inside and did not even end up going in. Extreme disappointment. The smell of water damage and the visible separation of the flooring tile led me to believe this unit has been flooded.
All of this could have been avoided if the unit was properly advertised and Darin was truthful in what he was selling. There goes two days of my life and 1500$.
I hope this post saves someone time and money.

Got our camper trailer from Darin for an amazing deal. Not only Darin was very clear and communicative but he also was extremely accommodating and flexible. He agreed to hold our camper while we were selling our old one and he towed and parked it on our driveway in Portland. He also included extra equipment with our purchase for no additional price.
Top quality customer service for a very good price. For the next upgrade we are going directly to Trades OK and skipping sharks at Camping World.
Thank you, Darin!

Let me tell you…these folks at Trades Okay are true to their words. I’ve never meet a more friendly and honest Rv dealership. They are small but if you have an interest in one of their Rv’s they will treat you with respect and give you the best service and price. I would buy from them with confidence

I had been warned to stay away from dealers and purchase from private sellers, and looking at most dealer reviews, I could see why! I found Trades OK on RV Trader, and they had a vehicle with the "needs" I had been searching for in a reasonable purchasing distance. After looking at the reviews, I decided to make the drive and see for myself. Darin was incredibly pleasant to work with, was honest about the vehicle history, and had it reasonably priced. He has continued to follow-through with communication, delivery, and promised items. I would recommend Trades OK to family and friends in need of a recreational vehicle!

The 2 brothers that own this place are friendly and seemed trustworthy. But they did not check this vehicle out before selling it to me. I should have taken it to a third party inspector first before buying. It was a 2022 RV with only 2500 miles on it and i guess they didn't think they needed to check it out. I have had all kinds of electrical problems, and slide-out malfunctions totaling over $2500 as of today. During the process of buying they assured me that the black and gray tanks were cleaned. They were NOT. They were FULL of who knows what, and for how long it was sitting in there.

My personal opinion: RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY! I reached out very politely to inquire about a specific camper I was interested in purchasing. I live 3.5 hours away and wanted to get some info before I made the time investment into traveling to this dealership to see the vehicle. Here's my inquiry:I wanted to reach out to see if there is any flexibility on the pricing for this campervan. Additionally, I would require an RV mechanic to check out the vehicle. Darin's response: I know I'm priced really right on this like new rig. So Right I'm going to lose money on it when it sells but that's ok I've had a great year. I'm going to stick to my price and i challenge you to find one priced better. I don't know if thiscrvcwas ever camped in. We drove it 3500 miles apx back here from Florida. I originally thought $99,995 was the right price. Winters close so i dropped it way down to move it. Decent interest. First money gets it. Glad to FaceTime you over the rv or feel free to call me. Rv has solar and coach ac too. Totally not helpful and it is my opinion that this dealership owner clearly has some ego issues. And by the way, I have the right to have someone independently inspect a vehicle before I consider purchasing it. After reading all the other poor reviews, it's clear that some vehicles from this dealership had a lot of issues, which underscored my caution.

I purchased a 2006 sprinter class B RV after just a video call. Darin sent me a written mechanical inspection and RV tech inspection beforehand. We walked through the video call and I asked for a few minor repairs such as clearing the gauges for the tanks and adding a curtain rod to the bathroom. Additionally, they fixed minor wear and tear items prior to pick up. He was very receptive and responsive leading up to my flight to Oregon to pick it up! When I picked it up, he and the RV tech walked me through the unit and gave a tutorial on components. On the way home, I had a glitch with the propane on Easter morning. Darin not only answered the phone but walked me through a solution. Since then I have had a couple of other questions and he always responds immediately. I am very happy with the transaction and would recommend he again. In fact, a friend is searching for an RV and I highly recommended Trades OK to her as well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Five Stars! It can be quite challenging shopping for aClass B RV because the market is so limited and many dealers seem to take this for granted. Not at Trades OK! Our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I may not have even seemed like a serious buyer in the beginning as I questioned absolutely everything until I felt sure that we were choosing the right RV for us. We purchased our Roadtrek sight unseen, trusting Brian & Darin, and had them deliver it to us from clear across country.. from Oregon to Indiana! We were pleasantly surprised as everything was exactly as described with things in even better condition than we expected.. they did not over exaggerate a thing about it to make a sale. The transaction was simple & trustworthy. They even took care of a repair that they were not obligated to upon delivery. One more thing that was a super bonus (that most RV dealers do not do) is that they Always answered the phone or texted right back.. we were never left hanging or had to worry about anything :)

Run don't walk from this dealer if you want a test drive, or have your mechanic check out a 20+ YO vehicle. Purchase at own risk, and they prefer to deal with people who don't have a clue on buying older, possibly run down RV's. Also, they appear to deal better with men than women. Both were rude to my wife, and that's a non-starter.
