The 2 brothers that own this place are friendly and seemed trustworthy. But they did not check this vehicle out before selling it to me. I should have taken it to a third party inspector first before buying. It was a 2022 RV with only 2500 miles on it and i guess they didn't think they needed to check it out. I have had all kinds of electrical problems, and slide-out malfunctions totaling over $2500 as of today. During the process of buying they assured me that the black and gray tanks were cleaned. They were NOT. They were FULL of who knows what, and for how long it was sitting in there.

My personal opinion: RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY! I reached out very politely to inquire about a specific camper I was interested in purchasing. I live 3.5 hours away and wanted to get some info before I made the time investment into traveling to this dealership to see the vehicle. Here's my inquiry:I wanted to reach out to see if there is any flexibility on the pricing for this campervan. Additionally, I would require an RV mechanic to check out the vehicle. Darin's response: I know I'm priced really right on this like new rig. So Right I'm going to lose money on it when it sells but that's ok I've had a great year. I'm going to stick to my price and i challenge you to find one priced better. I don't know if thiscrvcwas ever camped in. We drove it 3500 miles apx back here from Florida. I originally thought $99,995 was the right price. Winters close so i dropped it way down to move it. Decent interest. First money gets it. Glad to FaceTime you over the rv or feel free to call me. Rv has solar and coach ac too. Totally not helpful and it is my opinion that this dealership owner clearly has some ego issues. And by the way, I have the right to have someone independently inspect a vehicle before I consider purchasing it. After reading all the other poor reviews, it's clear that some vehicles from this dealership had a lot of issues, which underscored my caution.

I purchased a 2006 sprinter class B RV after just a video call. Darin sent me a written mechanical inspection and RV tech inspection beforehand. We walked through the video call and I asked for a few minor repairs such as clearing the gauges for the tanks and adding a curtain rod to the bathroom. Additionally, they fixed minor wear and tear items prior to pick up. He was very receptive and responsive leading up to my flight to Oregon to pick it up! When I picked it up, he and the RV tech walked me through the unit and gave a tutorial on components. On the way home, I had a glitch with the propane on Easter morning. Darin not only answered the phone but walked me through a solution. Since then I have had a couple of other questions and he always responds immediately. I am very happy with the transaction and would recommend he again. In fact, a friend is searching for an RV and I highly recommended Trades OK to her as well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Five Stars! It can be quite challenging shopping for aClass B RV because the market is so limited and many dealers seem to take this for granted. Not at Trades OK! Our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I may not have even seemed like a serious buyer in the beginning as I questioned absolutely everything until I felt sure that we were choosing the right RV for us. We purchased our Roadtrek sight unseen, trusting Brian & Darin, and had them deliver it to us from clear across country.. from Oregon to Indiana! We were pleasantly surprised as everything was exactly as described with things in even better condition than we expected.. they did not over exaggerate a thing about it to make a sale. The transaction was simple & trustworthy. They even took care of a repair that they were not obligated to upon delivery. One more thing that was a super bonus (that most RV dealers do not do) is that they Always answered the phone or texted right back.. we were never left hanging or had to worry about anything :)

Run don't walk from this dealer if you want a test drive, or have your mechanic check out a 20+ YO vehicle. Purchase at own risk, and they prefer to deal with people who don't have a clue on buying older, possibly run down RV's. Also, they appear to deal better with men than women. Both were rude to my wife, and that's a non-starter.

I bought a 30 foot RV a week ago from Trades OK and had a excellent experience. Fair price, strong and pleasant service from Steve and Darin before, during and after the purchase. They truly went above and beyond.

Worst purchase! The reviews with regards to the owner Darin are pretty accurate. He is incredibly rude and if you don't convince him your a serious buyer he doesn't want to deal with you. I was ready to make a purchase and asked to test drive. I was met with a deafening silence and he told me only if am going to buy it. I should have listened to my gut and walked away. If your going to purchase and RV from this business I would consider getting your own inspection top to bottom for the following: - Broke down (alternator/battery issues) - fantastic fan issues -shore power casing completely severed. -black gunk in drain. Sink didnt drain. How is this missed during an inspection? -generator ran out of oil very quickly. I find it hard to believe it was even serviced or inspected properly. -curtain fixture falling apart. -bulge in house batteries Its been non-stop trying to keep up with repairs. I questioned him as to why the shore power cord was severed and they didn't say anything to me. His response was "your questioning my integrity and I was making him mad". I essentially broke down in over 100 degree temp with a sick dog. And I was on my way to Alaska which never happened as my confidence in the reliability of this vehicle and the additional expenses pretty much ended that. The icing on the cake....he totally ghosted me and won't return my calls or messages since 8/11. Don't expect him to stand behind his product and it be worthwhile to get your own inspection. This all happened within 2 weeks. My next interaction is going to be with the Better Business Bureau.

My Fiance and I had been looking for a motorhome for 6 months. The process was a new one for us. Really nothing like buying a car. Anyways, after visiting every big name lot, and every other one we saw along the way we stumbled up Darren. We spoke, told him what the ideal motorhome was for us and in a very short period of time he followed back up with several options. I assure you what we were willing to spend hadn't been in anyone else's ball park. But these folks, stayed true, DIDN'T MARK UP THE PRICE PAST the NADA website. Assisted how the process works and found us a motorhome we honestly didn't think we could afford based on are previous experiences with the NADA website we expected the price tag to be well over are budget. But, their business model follows a much different model then LITERALLY every other place in town.Strongly have already recommended.

I just picked up my beautiful Pleasure Way and could hardly wait to get home to write a review for this company, Darin, and Steven. I'm not sure why there were ANY negative reviews about these guys because my experience with both of them was outstanding. They went out of their way initially to help me determine what rig was best for me, helped me search for one, patiently answered my continuing and long-winded questions, and then we put the deal together. AND they will register it for me. The whole process could not have been easier. The other thing I really like about them is I am a single woman and they never treated me with anything but respect. They never tried to up-sell me, either, where most other RV places had. The only "negative" is they are so good and their inventory (typically Class B) is so exceptional that they are swamped - especially now with camping season underway. Don't give up reaching out, though. They are very responsive to email, text and phone. I'd recommend you look on their website first and educate yourself to the various types of rigs before you talk with them. It helps to understand the features, lingo, layouts, etc., so you can hit the ground running.
