Great people to work with. My salesman Nate made it easy, I told him what I wanted, showed what was available. Test drove and bought it. No pushy salesman. Or dreaded salespitch.

I am skeptical of any car or bike dealer - it's the nature of the business in my experience. However, Trak and Nate were easy to work with and low pressure. They got me the bike I wanted. Will probably use them for service down the road too.

Todd white at trak powersports has been extremely unprofessional handling our interaction. I messaged him about an out the door quote on the bike he had posted at $3499. He said No dealer in Oregon will give you an out the door quote. He proceeds to tell me that they’re liars. I have received 4 different quotes on 4 different bikes, at three different dealers around the area without problem.
After I said this to Todd he proceeds to disregard me saying that I am not even interested in buying a bike. that I’m just a quote collector and that I can’t afford to purchase anything from his store, proceeds to argue with me about how the quotes I have don’t exist, or that I’m trying to trade because I’m upside down on a bike that doesn’t exist, completely unacceptable. The guy is narcissistic and completely out of line for someone who is supposed to be representing a business as a salesman. At this point I would never buy anything from there even if he was able to beat the price I was quoted at three other dealers just because of his unprofessional unwilling to help attitude. Don’t shop here. I wouldn’t buy a bike from this place if it were the only place in Oregon to do so after the terrible customer service I have received. I have never had such bad customer service in my entire life from a person who is supposed to be a salesman. If I could leave zero stars I certainly would. Todd white also mention how his manager Jason was in on “the joke” as well, how they were laughing about me asking for a quote on a bike I’m interested in and that I can’t afford a 3 thousand dollar toy! He called his own inventory a poverty bike. I’ll be shopping with I-5 sports after all that, thank you.

From Canada and bike broke down 100 miles out of town. Fit me in right away before July 4th, diagnosed and had the parts for installation 3 days later, over a holiday! Everyone was very friendly and did everything they could to help a stranded canadian! Highly recommend!

They don't seem to stock common parts, I'm on my 5th day waiting for a carb bowl gasket, something that should have been stocked, I hated this place when I had to go there 6 years ago, and I feel the same now. Wish I had ordered online, I would have been riding this last weekend. Go somewhere else if you can!!!!!!!!!!

My family(wife & 2 kids) decided we wanted a side by side. We checked a few places and ended up here at Trak Powersports where we were greeted with a smile. Nate had all the answers to our questions and went over the top for us. Overall 10/10

I went in to look for my first bike and they were not so helpful. One guy said he would go look at financing options on a particular bike. He sat on the phone for quite a while and never seem to have forgotten because another's sales guy ended up talking to us. They took my $200 for a hold, I decided to go with another option and I'm still waiting for my $200 back. That was May 22nd and it's currently the 16th and I have yet to get my refund, I've contacted them 3 time and still nothing.
I thought it was possible that just their sales side was bad so I called the parts and service about a rear caliper for the bike I did end up getting. I got put on hold for like 15 min and then was told I would get a call back on a part. That never happened.
I just want my money back, these guys aren't good on the customer service side outside the initial greeting. Don't waste your time. I firmly had the "we don't really want your business but you're here I guess" feeling.

Cameron and Alex were amazing! They got all my paperwork handled accordingly, worked directly within my budget and they found me extra discounts that were not listed on all of their riding gear‼️ 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy new or used inventory from them. I am super excited to get to ride a brand new 2023 Kawasaki Klx230 R. Thanks to them I got the best deal around too.
