Got my bike serviced as well as I was picking up my bike the technician came out and gave me a run down of how things went. As well I bought my bike from here last November and the sales department was extremely helpful and quick.

Went in today to test ride an R7 today, exceptional customer service from Devon and the other homie im sorry I didnt catch your name. Great Great inputs on which machine will best suit my needs. R7 was great and fun, I’ll be in there again soon for another test for a different machine and next month to finally pull the trigger on an exciting ride!

I came in to set up an appointment and get a quote for work on my bike last week, but ended up leaving with nothing. I had met their service manager a month ago at the track and he was great. I came in now to get some questions answered and get a appointment set up. Sadly he is no longer there and the new service manager knows nothing. How do you run a department that you know nothing about, honestly it's joke. She is no help to customers or her advisors. I will definitely find Jason at the track and get his opinion on a shop.
