Clean room and comfortable stay. Close to the heart of Eugene. Wi-Fi was not able to connect due to coverage.

The rooms were nice and the staff was really friendly. It's right in the middle of the college area. Air horns and loud partying all night. But the price was good and it didn't bother me too much. Just remember you used to be 20 at one point.

I get that these horrible businesses raise their price for parents' weekend. But holy fuck I did not expect this. Torn towels, what looks like blood on the ac unit, decrepit aged couch, no housekeeping. Holy fuck. How is this legal.

This review will probably inspire the owners to keep my 50.00-dollar deposit, which is 25.00 more than I've paid at any other place during this trip, but I will gladly pay it to tell you the owners are rude - it's probably because I showed up in a bikini top and athletic pants instead of my suit, but one of them even asked me (just based on my appearance as I was walking to my room) if she could help me, and this was after I had paid for my room. It made me feel quite unwelcome. Also, when I called to ask about the deposit reimbursement, I was obviously annoying the owner despite how hard I tried to be polite and explain I had to travel on a budget. All of that aside, there was old furniture and materials all over the place and the carpet in my room hadn't even properly been tacked down. Steeper discounts should be offered due to the state of reconstruction. The owners should take some time to learn about authentic hospitality.

The breakfast here is so much better than any big hotel we have been too. Tastes like real home cooking and juices are Not watered down. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Hospitality is fabulous. We were even allowed to leave our bags in the office after we checked out as we had hours to explore yet before our trip out.?Rooms: Very well maintained older hotel. Classy remodeling done a few years back. Comfortable bed, nice layout of the space with a table to eat at, an adorable retro refrigerator and microwave and a perfectly set up bath and toilet area.Nearby activities: We found it an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We rented e-bikes from Pedego for a full day and loved exploring the River walk for miles (we are elderly and disabled so this was exciting!;))Safety: Like all cities across the country there is a homeless issue here but despite seeing that we also saw people of all ages getting out and about and we walked (or bikes!) everywhere we went and always felt safe.Walkability: We walked everywhere! Easy to navigation on foot.Food & drinks: We found many local businesses to enjoy food from and we happy with each choice.

The motel doesn't look too nice on the outside, but the room we had seemed recently renovated. The room was clean and the bathroom seemed new. Even though we were on a busy street and next to a 7-11, noise was not an issue for us or our kids. The motel is centrally located in Eugene with easy access to the university, the river trails, breweries and the Pancake House. Check in and check out were easy.

Good price, our room was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really nice, better than most places that cost much more. And the aircon unit was really quiet.Walkability: Very close to the university and down town

The hostes aggressively suggested my 50 security deposit be in cash. There was old broken and rotting furniture and mattresses on each end of each floor(of which there are only 2). When I told her I would be leaving before the desired 11am check out time she again aggressively suggested I should pay the 50 in cash instead of my debit card.Noteworthy details: It's right next door to a 7-11, so it's a great location for hookers

Could be more modern and functional. Very nice people that run the business though. It's a place to stay near the campus. Really nice people though.

Room smells, haf bugs, I was immediately itching, 80s carpet, staff were very unhelpful, parking was tiny. Hands down worst hotel I have stayed in. I would recommend the back seat of a geo metro before this hotel. Leave your car locked about 5 miles

The rooms are newly renovated. Could have been cleaned better. Okay, as far as the quality and location.Nearby activities: Campus near by along with a lot of shops for shopping.Walkability: Campus and stadium in walking distance. A lot of shops in walking distance also.

Well, where to begin. The entire outside area was full of old furniture and electrical from the rooms, the smoke detector was beeping, the sink was dirty, there was no trim on the walls/floor, the bathroom fan didn't work, there wasn't a phone in the room, the pillows smelled, there was only two pillows on a king bed, the carpet was from the late 80s, the window screen was busted, the cable and remote were from the 90s, the in wall ac/heat unit wasn't blowing hard so I took out the filter and appeared to be 3 to 4 years of buildup (so disgusting).

It was once good. I used to stay here every year for the rhododendron festival. This year they lost my reservation. It usually takes a few years to lock one of these in.... Pretty frustrating to ring out. Fortunately COVID still had the partyOn lockdown, and I was able to secure somewhere else.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Mike at the front desk was not helpful at all and could care less about our concerns. Just very rude person. In extremely scary area. Our door wouldn't lock. There was cigarette ash on the bed. I tried to let him know what the issues were and he just said "okay?" and let me know it was non refundable. I paid $250 for this room. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

If I could give zero stars it would be a more accurate description of this place. Walked upstairs to our second floor room, the hallways were littered with construction materials and old sinks and toilets. Entered the room and it reeked of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. There was a dirty sock from a previous guest under one of the chairs in the room. We checked out immediately and went to a different hotel. The parking situation isn’t ideal either. Anyone reading this: pay extra money to stay elsewhere, you’ll thank me.
