Elijah and Matt made an EXCELLENT buying experience for my new Triumph! The test ride experience was by far the best of any dealer I’ve been to, everyone is very well informed, and the pricing is more than fair. They do everything they can to get you the best price without sacrificing quality. The team here is warm, passionate and friendly. You will be treated with respect and be valued as a customer. Come here if you’re fed up with poor customer service and are looking for a great dealership experience. You won’t regret it!

Took my 2020 Triumph Street Triple in for repair and they didn't not fix it the problem, bike immediately broke down as soon as I got home, four hours away. They did not back their work and told me to bring the bike back in so they can charge me again for the same repair. Avoid this shop, they do not back their work or perform quality repairs. Extremely disappointment with wasted time, gas and money to take my bike there only to get lousy service for my efforts.

Curtis and the team here are really awesome. I came in to look at the BMW R-18 and Triumph T-100 gold line Left with a great feeling and all my questions answered. Brenda at the desk went out of her way to help me with a non critical warranty issue on a pair of gloves. The entire team here makes you feel like part of the family. I am excited to return and finish my deal.

I've had really excellent customer service ordering parts for 25 year old Daytona. Thanks to Trevor for finding what I need to keep this bike on the track!

Pricey, but the excellent and very professional customer service makes it money well spent.

This review covers my experience between both Cascade Moto stores, and I have left this review on both pages. The way the management of this operation handled my situation is a lesson in how to NOT treat a customer. Wayne, the general manager in Portland made it clear he did NOT care what I wanted as the customer. This story starts at the Eugene store, where order taker (not sales person) Ryan demonstrated his incompetence and lack of interest in doing his actual job. His communication skills are virtually non-existent and I feel like he made almost no effort to help me get the bike I wanted. Keep in mind I live 2 hours from Eugene and at this point made the decision to do business with Cascade in Beaverton an ADDITIONAL 2 hours from where I live. Without communicating with me at all Wayne would not allow the sales rep at the store there work with me. Why does Wayne care where I buy my motorcycle? Both stores are owned by the same people. I am so frustrated with how I have been treated while trying to spend my hard earned money I decided to NOT buy a bike from either location. Ryan was the root of my decision to not do business at the Eugene location, but Wayne you are the root of why I am choosing not to do business with Cascade Moto at all.

I have a 1990 K75RT. It is a beautiful bike, that I have cherished for many years. I have had it meticulously maintained to keep it in top running condition. I have had it serviced by this shop for at least the last 5 years. I just called to schedule annual oil change, and a front fork seal replacement, and was informed that they no longer service motorcycles over 20 years old. The suggestion they gave me was for an independent mechanic, who I know for certain only works on the really old BMWs, and would have no idea how to work on my bike. So, I now have no ability to have my pride-and-joy serviced. I would have thought that, considering the loyalty (not to mention the amount of $$), I have provided this shop, they would have considered "grandfathering" my bike, and continuing to work on it. I guess loyalty only goes in one direction with this shop.
