Brought in my vacuum and Mike fixed within the hour. Tweaked it three different ways to make sure it would contine to work. Showed me what he did and how I should care for it. Great service!

TERRIBLE service. As others have shared- Michael is rude, and I left his store feeling a bit traumatized. I’d happily give zero stars if I could . Do yourself a favor, Michael and put someone with people skills up front. It could save your business. There are plenty of other sew and vac services in Eugene.

I took in a vacuum with multiple problems that were not immediately obvious. Michael checked every possibility and was able to correct the problems. He was attentive, determined to find the issues and the cost was very reasonable - I would highly recommend this establishment for it's great service.

Great service on my Kenmore elite vacuum head. It was very dirty and full of pet hair. Owner was present at time of drop off and pick up. Did call be back when the repair was complete and price was reasonable. Thanks

This place is amazing, fixed mt Shark vacuum for $39 bucks and serviced it for another $40 bucks my vacuum is like brand new and it was done in 2 days!!

I brought in my vacuum hose assembly because it was stuck. It was the button and the guy said he couldn't get that part. Tried to sell me a new hose for$150. He also wanted to keep broken part, I said no, I can get it. I just ordered it for 2.49 . Not right. I was thankful they got it apart because my husband died and he was able to do some trick to get it apart... But I couldn't.

I dropped my vacuum off to get it clean. They did great, except for they DIDN’T let it dry out as it was still WET inside the canister. I vacuumed today ( 6/10/2022), and all of the dirt/ animal hair stuck to the inside of all parts of the vacuum. ?
