Wasted my entire week. Made a reservation on Tuesday to pick up Friday. They called several times to change truck size and pick up location. Friday I finally get there after driving 6.5 hours and they set it up for 24/7 pick up or whatever because the location was closed. The text confirmation and my online account reservation said different locations. It would not let me start the pick up I called another location several times and was on a perpetual hold. Finally they answer and say they have to transfer me to another department to fix the problem they created with the reservation and that department did not answer I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I never got the truck. I called the next morning and was told that the closest truck was an hour away. They didn’t seem to care that they messed up my entire week. Left and drove all the way back and wasted a long trip. Would give zero stars if it was an option

These people are considerate, thoughtful, and kind. They took care of us, despite some unexpected issues, and got us back on the road in high spirits.
A special shout out to Token & Roger - not only were they helpful, but they personally make sure that the bathroom is spotlessly clean. It's also the most handicap accessible bathroom I've ever seen. It really was a bathroom worth reviewing.
Then I got to thinking, if they pay that close attention to a bathroom how much more attention are they paying to the important stuff? These people are definitely detail and quality oriented. You'll be happy you went there. Oh and be sure to say hi to Sam, their mascot.

Had an issue with a broken car in California, needed a tow dolly ASAP, Token was the man. He he listened to our concern and gave us options.

I came to rent a trailer for moving a couch. We ended up not having the correct hitch and the lady that works there let us borrow her personal one and then also loaned us some rope for straps. She was so helpful and amazing customer service skills I highly recommend this place!!!!

I highly recommend this location for your U-Haul needs. Nikki and her husband went out of their ways to make sure my experience of renting a truck and trailer for a cross-country move was as easy as possible. Minor problems were resolved quickly and effortlessly with no extra stress added to the situation whatsoever. Once again, I highly recommend this location for your U-haul needs.

Nikki is amazing! Personable, professional, efficient, and compassionate; as rough and frustrating as moving can be, she made our transaction smooth and pleasant — pleasurable, truthfully. A wonderful young lady, and a consummate professional. Extra bonus: a dog lover with some wonderful pups!
