I wish I'd read these reviews before I did business with these guys. Rented a van for four hours. Logistics were never explained. They took the van in the parking lot. No paperwork or anything. If you choose to do business with these guys, get a PRINTED copy of your contract and read every word. They charged my credit card double the amount I expected and did nothing to make it right. I will never use UHaul again. There's others!

Three guys all very friendly and accommodating. We were supposed to return at a different location but they set it up where we could store all of our things and return the truck in the same location. Thank you!

It was expensive, I rented a $15 trailer with $8 insurance for part of a day and it costs $38. Not really sure how that math works out.

Persons on shift were very attentive and quickly processed my return. Even found and returned my personal keys before leaving truck!!

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Never Using U-Haul Again
Rented a trailer for 11 days and returned it just 100 minutes past the return time—got charged for a whole extra day. Customer service? Zero help. I was basically told, “Gotta go with what the phone says,” which is a flat-out lie and they know it. No flexibility, no understanding, no respect for loyal customers. It’s not about the 100 minutes—it’s about how they treat people. That’s the last time I rent anything from U-Haul. Never again.

Shout out to Chang! I have not been the biggest fan of U-Haul for some years but man, Chang’s incredible customer service has changed that for me. I can say that I will be back due to the service he delivered. Thank you to Chang and his team!

I do Landscaping for this particular
U-haul location. It's a nice facility, ran by a great group of people. The people I encounter while I'm there, Ken, Drew, and Natalia, are friendly, inviting, and personable. I always see them busy and on task. They always say hello to me when I see them. I encourage them to continue to address concerns, as they do so politely. I look forward to continuing to serve U-haul's Landscaping needs and wants.

Great location, plenty of vehicles, car trailers, car dollies, moving supplies. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Definitely will recommend this place and for sure will be back if I needed.
