The staff was first class and fast. Had me hooked up and gone in minutes! When i returned, same thing, unhooked, walk around, and gone. I will do this more often from this location. Staff are all 5 star. Thank you

⭐ 1 Star – Deceptive and Dishonest Service
Absolutely terrible experience at this U-Haul location in Glenwood. My girlfriend was misled and taken advantage of by the man running the counter. We clearly stated we needed a one-way rental, but he insisted that they only offer in-town rentals. He failed to properly explain how U-Haul works, refused to set up the correct mileage, and deliberately configured the rental in a way that we would exceed the mileage limit – resulting in unnecessary fees. This was not a mistake, it was a scam. Either the employee is completely incompetent or he intentionally deceived us. U-Haul should be ashamed to have this location representing their brand. Avoid this place at all costs – take your business elsewhere if you want honest and transparent service.

I have had the best customer service from this center over almost any other retail store in general. Mike has gone above and beyond in taking care of my storing needs and ensuring everything has gone smoothly. Jacqueline helped me with reserving my reservation and made sure everything was properly accounted for and listed. Plus a huge shout out to Jordan and Micheal for helping direct me to my boxes and with my own user errors! Overall love the energy at this location, and I couldn't be happier with storing with this staff!

This U-Haul experience was awesome. I’ve actually never been able to say that before today and I’ve had a lot of U-Haul experiences. Their systems were down so I wasn’t able to reserve online I walked in. They took care of me even though it was a big inconvenience for them. It made it very convenient for meto not have to drive somewhere else to get a trailer 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Yesterday, working solo, I packed up my Duck graduate’s storage locker using a U-Box. Shipping her storage locker contents back to Chicago. The folks at U-Haul Glenwood were amazing: helped by hooking up the trailer/U-Box, ensured I had boxes, supplies, padding blankets. The U-Box was clean and very well maintained…they put craft paper on the floor of the box. When I returned the box back to U-Haul, check out was easy and awesome. I am confident that my daughter’s ’stuff’ will make it to Chicago…from there on to New Haven for graduate school. I want to thank the entire U-Haul team for their service and support…a real pleasure! Go U-Haul! Go Ducks!

Be careful going in late in the day. It's nice that a manager has his employees' backs unconditionally, but when everyone is tired from a move and the person at the counter decides you have an attitude from moment one, your entire interaction is set and they can do no wrong - don't even bother mentioning you were advised incorrectly by another employee. Will be renting from a different location in the future.
EDIT: additionally, we had to do repairs on our own truck because the mirror was swinging, despite the checklist being signed off on by yet another employee. I think this location, like many businesses, is suffering from a skeleton crew spread too thin over too many responsibilities. It's really too bad they're too defensive to discuss things forthrightly.

Good experience overall. Returned the equipment to U-Haul of Glenwood, OR. The return process was smooth. The woman at the rental desk had all the charisma of a rattlesnake.

Very Happy with our cargo van rental. Last minute decision to rent a cargo van to pick up an 85inch tv at Best Buy.
Super quick and the uhaul rep was great. We will definitely return for future business.
