U-pack is one of the best company's I have ever done business with. Moving from Oregon to Hawaii was a great big deal and they did everything they said they would do. There is someone to answer the phone and everyone was so nice and helpful and are from the US unlike PODS.... If needed I will use them again...

U Pak is an affordable alternative to professional movers. They were prompt on delivery and pickup. Make sure to do research if you are hiring anyone to load and unload the trucks

Not just the best moving company, but one of the best companies I've done business with. They were prompt, responsive, polite and professional and got my shipment to it's destination early. Since it was early, they offered to deliver it early for me which helped me out. They did a great job on both the pickup and delivery end, drivers were great! The folks I spoke with on the phone were great (friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, etc.) too

Great experience with U-Pack. Second time I've used them. They are the most reasonable simulation to a long distance move that I know of, and have been reliable both times. My only concern this last time, was that I could not lock the bulkhead once my things were loaded into the trailer. I actually had to position a wood board in between the pipes that lock it into place to make sure it was secured in place. Thankfully there were no issues with things being missing, etc.

I used U-pack to move from OR to SC. They were about the only company that was very flexible and let me change my move-out dates 3-4 times because of a sketchy closing at my old house, and there were no problems from beginning to end. Would use again and recommend.

It's a no frills service that really bailed us out when we changed our moving plans last minute. Their online quote system was extremely easy to use and made it a breeze to schedule our move. It's not cheap to move across the country but we were shocked by how much lower the U-Pack costs were vs other services we compared.Their initial delivery timeline of the trailer was very quick compared to all of the other companies we checked with and the driver who dropped it off was professional and did a good job explaining how everything worked. Since you get billed on how much of the length of the trailer you use having the very tall trailer made it nice to pack everything tall and we ended up using much less than we planned which saved us some money.Their transit estimate to get the trailer to our destination was fair and they exceeded our expectations by getting it there earlier than we expected. Again, the driver who delivered to our new home was professional and went above and beyond to navigate it into a tight spot for us that made unloading it MUCH easier.Overall I would absolutely use this service again in the future and have no problem recommending it to a friend.

I'll be honest' I was very skeptical, and a little scared. We moved across the entire country (OR to WV). And I had heard the recent horror stories... stuff locked up for weeks, took months longer than expected, was mostly ruined when it finally arrived. So I was (understandably) more than a little concerned. But we had to get our stuff there, so....U-Pack performed far better than I expected, and brought our stuff to us, safe and sound, and under budget. I cannot recommend them highly enough. In the middle of the moving chaos, U-Pack did exactly what they said they would do, in a manner better than my pre-concieved expectations.5 stars! Great job!

My aunt needed to go to a special care facility. Things got hectic and I forgot too call for being late. U-Pack understood and waived a late fee, thank you again for the understanding and excellent service!

We had an amazing experience with U-Pack moving long distance. They dropped the pods a few days early for us and picked up a day late (completely to our advantage). The price they quoted me is exactly what we paid and delivery was prompt at our residence a little over a week later, exactly as expected. We unpacked the pods the night they arrived, and the empty pods were picked up promptly the next morning. And yes, while they are small, it actually worked to our advantage. We packed one pod with boxes and the other with furniture. The tight space didn't allow for movement and everything was delivered in the condition it was packed. The only thing that broke during the move was an item NOT packed in the pods. Everyone I spoke with through the whole process was amazing and took the time to answer ALL my questions and make sure we were satisfied. From start to finish, I could not have asked for a better experience. If I had to do this again, I would pick U-Pack again in a heart beat.

Upack was the same price as renting a 22' moving truck that I would have had to drive myself. All of the people that I spoke with were very helpful and friendly. Having three days to load was just right for my daughter and I (I am 67 years old) to get everything done and carefully packed in. The key to success with Upack is how you load the truck. You must have a plan, load tight and high. We strapped our load every five feet or so to secure it. They are a commercial freight

Our move was approximately 2200 miles. They did exactly everything we asked including parking the trailer for your loading and unloading conveniences. The drivers we’re on time, friendly, and helpful. Everything arrived safely. When they advise packing tightly, do yourself a favor, do so. We packed tight, and wrapped well. Strap every few feet to help hold load in place. Items do shift and through your own fault might get scratched or damaged. My Son and I both have moved with U-Pack. If you like the idea of knowing how it’s packed, and saving money, we highly recommend U-Pack.

Everything about this process was so easy from drop off of empty U-PACK pods in Oregon to pick up of empty U PACK pods in Arizona and every interaction in between. The drivers on both ends were very helpful placing pods exactly how I wanted and giving advise as to best placement. All personnel I dealt with via email and online, on the phone and in person were very responsive and helpful. It was really so easy and the actual containers looked smaller than I'd hoped but they actually fit as much as I'd hoped. The price beat the company Pods by almost $1000. I really can't say how straight forward and easy this was and how helpful and friendly all the personnel were.
