My mom has stored at this place for a few years, help her out when I can. The folks there have always been kind and helpful with service, never overcharged her. I don’t normally leave reviews but these guys are pretty rad.

I rented a vehicle storage space from U-Store's West Eugene facility on 10/21/2023, to store my GMC safari van for easier access. I was met with friendly service and a relatively easy registration process.
Two weeks later on the morning of 11/4/2023 I received a call from their attendant saying that someone had gotten into your facility and that the window of my van was down.
I went down to the facility immediately and found my van had been ransacked by thieves along with numerous other RV's on the lot. My wife noticed that they had repairs about every 5ft in the perimeter fence leading me to believe that this is a regular occurrence at this facility.
I immediately moved my van off their lot as I have lost all confidence in the facilites security. I was given bad insurance advice upon move in so none of my belongings or damage to my vehicle are covered. My rental period doesn't end till the end of November so i'm effectively still paying for the space.
I called the Manager to see what was being done about their security issues and the situation overall, he stated that that was a problem for the company overall to decide not himself, and tried to flip the thievery back on myself questioning why I would store things in my vehicle.... in a storage facility....
Avoid this place unless you want to pay for the pleasure of having your belongings vandalized and stolen.

I have had this storage unit almost 3 years. I was very pleased with them until recently when I got a call to let me know my storage unit was broken into.

I agree with Greetje's review. We rented from them for almost 1 year. Every interaction with Garret was unpleasant. On the phone you get the impression he has napoleon syndrome. You know. Little man attitude. He acts as if he is the owner. When asked for his supervisor he says there isn't anyone above him. He is law. Funny thing is once you meet him he's not that impressive of a man. And he cowards down in person. In spite of Lord Farquads poor management skills the facility isn't that bad. I feel bad for the owner as they probably don't know what kind of dictator they have running this place.
