Great service even 5mins from closing and only one open till 530. Fast service even if line is long. This building alone has some cool history looks to be an original post office from quite a long time ago.

CONSTANTLY late on delivering packages!! Multiple times I've had the status "out for delivery" and I'm told I'll get my mail that day. Then the idiot mailing my package messes something up of course, so it goes back to the distribution center, gets even FARTHER from me, and takes another 2-3 days to arrive. I'm so tired of waiting forever just to get simple mail. This place has some of the worst management and employees who clearly don't care at all about the people they're delivering to. Just give me a delivery estimate that's accurate!! Stop telling me things will show up way before they will! This place is horrible.

Attempted to fulfill my passport appointment, but the ONE PERSON who does passports was not yet back from vacation.Why is there a single point of failure here? There should be at least two people able to do any job in any business. What happens if this person gets hit by a truck?Now, of course, they aren't answering their phone, so....

I have found them to be pleasant and very helpful.They put up with a lot of s**t from some "not very nice" people. You really can't expect the red carpet to roll out in front of you when you enter. They're busy, get over it. ?✌️?

The manager I spoke to in person was amazing and I want to commend her for her customer service. The male supervisor who was hard to understand - was not. He just tried to gaslight me into thinking my package was at my apartment and even suggested I don’t use USPS instead of help. He never came back to the desk after stepping away to look. Unfortunately, I must give this location a poor review after multiple missed prescription deliveries marked as delivered from an online hair care provider. This has happened so many times the provider thinks I am scamming them. Never had issues with USPS much less to this extent before moving to the Eugene area. Apparently this is particularly bad with the carrier that services my area, goodpasture.

Rude and now they say the WON'T deliver my packages to my apartment. Even my landlord said that they can drop all packages at the office & she will have us pick them up..I am disabled & it is a major hardship for me to go to downtown Eugene to get MY MAIL..ZERO STARs

The mail people who deliver to the area Goodpasture Island Rd Eugene Oregon will not deliver your packages and most of the regular mail they send it back to this post office where you have to pick it up!! They wont do anything about it either!! I'm sure if it was there mail it would be a different story !

My experience with USPS postal service at this location in Eugene Oregon was unacceptable and unprofessional. I went in to pick up a package that was not delivered to my home, and was told to me by supervisors of this location and customer service that my package was there. Upon arrival I had given my information about my package 3 times to the lady who is responsible for lost packages at this location. She had just gotten off lunch and needed time to process the information and continuously gotten the information wrong. I reassured her multiple times that it was fine I understand and repeated myself. After she couldn’t locate my package she continued to tell me to check my parcels, and I once again stated I had already done so. She had gotten mad after me asking her questions of where the package could possibly be and what is the next step being that the package was lost by them. She then became really hostile, sarcastic, and disrespectful. I work with the community and understand customer service is hard so I have a lot of grace for those who work with customer service, so I am always understanding and kind. The manager Darcy then came out to speak to me and refused to give me a first name of the lady who helped so that I can file a complaint and claim. The manager Darcy was not helpful and instead talked to me in a very dismiss way and refused to help me with filing a complaint and didn’t give me a resolution to my missing package. He told me that he could not help me, when he didn’t want to answer my question regarding filling a complaint and a claim for my missing package. Please if you are trying to send a package to your students from home, try to avoid this place and pick a different carrier.

DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT HEREI waited nearly a half an hour for my passport appointment that I made online. The passport person came out to the lobby only when there were nearly 20 people waiting. I had been waiting the longest. She walked right past me and ignored me. I said "Excuse me I have an appointment scheduled," and she lied to my face saying she had called for the appointment already. Then she told me I had to reschedule and when I asked for more information in regards to paperwork she dismissed me again saying I just needed to read the forms (which I have already done multiple times).Having worked in food and customer services for many years I can confidently say I would never treat someone like this. For having to pay over a hundred dollars for this service you would think they would value your time and treat you like a human, think again. Please support other locations with me! :)

Front staff were absolutely useless.My package wasn't even attempted delivered; it was marked returned to sender. I went to the post office the same day to have them hold it. They said "It's on the truck, its not here" (which wasn't what I asked). Then he seemed confused and handed me a hold mail slip. I asked him if this would prevent return to sender due to USPS error, he said yes. I turned it in knowing they weren't able to help me. Either through human capability or poor management.No surprise, it went return to sender. Absolutely useless. Go with Fedex or UPS if you can instead.

If I could give this post office zero stars, I would have. On several occasions we have had them refuse to deliver mail to us because we live in an apartment. It doesn't matter that they can go right to our front door, they won't. We have had packages left in a common area that is accessible to the public. Another time we were sent a certified letter that they would not deliver. We would get notices that delivery was attempted but no carrier came to our door, ever. It is clear that this post office discriminates against those who live in apartments. Even though shippers, mailers and we have paid to have something delivered to our door, the post office does not honor that and then they lie about attempting deliveries.
