Elias is this UPS store owner — and he is The epitome of building a great atmosphere and culture of CustomerService. He is always positive and solution focused, helpful to every single customer who walks through his doors — and he leaves you feeling better than when you walked in. Isaac and Ava are exceptional associates I find who greet customers like old friends. The store is organized and clean, the open hours are reasonable. Corporate sets the prices a bit high I do feel like. Nothing can be done about that by the store staff as they don’t have any control over corporate. It’s a nice little store in a convenient location and most customers are friendly

This place is a breathe of fresh air! The staff at this UPS location are consistently amazing, and seeing them in action truly brightens my day. Elias, in particular, stands out—every time I walk in, he’s working with such positivity, energy, and focus. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work and treats every customer with the same friendly, helpful attitude. This isn’t a one-time impression either—he’s like this every time I visit. Honestly, his dedication and spirit are inspiring; he motivates me to work harder just by example. Huge kudos to Elias and the whole team!
