All of my experiences here have been great until today. My return item was a no box or label needed but somehow it wasn’t honored. Rather than be nice about it, she just decided to get snarky and say i can either go home and get my own packaging or pay the $2. I just don’t know how it went from okay to rude. Geez. Okay…no problem I will pay the $2 but would have at least appreciated nice service will paying the $2 😂

Used the walk-in Notary service. Was met straight away, and the entire process took maybe five minutes. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Store not open on time the last 2 days. Someone from Starbucks called the owner and was told the Owner was supposed to be in and she was calling aan employee that lives nearby to open store. Today, owner was again supposed to open and we get told oh she runs a fitness business also. Thats NOT an excuse to not be late. You have employees that can open the store if you aren't going to be there. If you can't be at the store yourself too open then use your employees. There's no excuse why the store couldn't be open twice in a row now.

Customer Service- I can drop off a package, get the receipt & know that the date & time of my package show when the store took possession of the package. Very important for chain of custody tracking. I really like your customer service people- quick & friendly!

I have had a mailbox at this location for about 15+ years. The staff is amazing, they know me by name, are always responsive, and often have my mail ready before I even walk all the way through the door. They are friendly and I appreciate knowing my mail is safe. I never think twice about going anywhere else when my renewal comes due. Thank you for your great service!

Visited this store today to drop off Amazon return. After printing the labels the manager of store came in to collect the items I was returning. I took out my phone to take pictures of the items with the return labels so that I have proof of items being dropped off. Manager Brian told me that photography is not allowed in the store. I replied that I am taking pictures of items I am dropping and not personnel or other things. He mentioned this is the policy that they don’t allow it. I restated that I am taking pictures of the items I am dropping off and I have the right to do so. I also pointed at the camera behind him that he is recording my entire video, how is that not breach of my privacy? He was speechless. I told him that if he stops me from taking pictures of the items I am dropping off then I am coming after him as I had to come back to him asking for the shipping and tracking information about the packages I dropped earlier at this location that were never received by Amazon, and that it is good he is videotaping this conversation as I am sure coming back to ask where is the package?
I use different ups stores in the town for Amazon drop off and in my previous drop off at this location I have had to write to amazon to process refund as they were never received by Amazon.
This time I decided to take photo of items I dropped to send to amazon in case the item was dropped off and does not get processed for refund. However, the reaction of this store manager indicates that there is something fishy about it. I was taking pictures of the items I was dropping off and he has objection to it. This to me indicates that he doesn’t want any evidence of items being dropped off so that customer of Amazon struggles with refund while this manager guts the items.
I will be writing to amazon and ups to investigate this manager and the store record for items going missing. This manager’s attitude raises more questions.
I will caution everyone visiting this store, chose another store but this one. UPS may not be a party to stealing but this manager doesn’t assure the same.
Here on Google as well as other review sites, I see many photos of the inside of this store and personnel working, this manger allowed all those photos to be taken but was objecting to my taking photos of my own return items! How do you justify this? 🤔🧐
Make sure you take photos of everything you drop here. This manager is definitely steeling Amazon return packages. I have filed a complaint with Amazon as well as ups corporate office.

This is sooo much better than fighting the US Post Office or others for shipping...and receiving! I have a mailbox here too. Packages received are safe here! No porch pirates. Highly recommended

UPS is almost always willing to help insure your package is secure, keeps lists of addresses you've used in the past to expedite the process, and allows you to insure your package for full value just in case items are lost. They've also repeatedly helped cut down or repair boxes to help save cost and better secure shipments. I truly appreciate their customer care and efficiency. =0)
