Brought my package in at opening… 8:00 am… dont bother… ups dosent pick up the packages you drop off till 5:30 pm…. Good luck getting my shipment to montana in 2 days 🤦🏻♂️

I bought a car from out of state in November and had a good experience with the notary here, got everything signed and the fee ended up being $10 total for the 10 or so documents I needed notarized.
I go in on 7/12/2025 for another notary service. This time I'm fighting a $25 parking ticket and need an affidavit notarized. it is, in total, a 3 page document with two signature areas. The employee does the notary but then rings it up for $20 claiming it was two separate notary services. I will also mention that he did not disclose what his notary fees where in writing before preforming them which I am finding out may have been a violation of State law.
Said individual also spent 5 minutes before helping me trying to sell an elderly gentleman in his 80s on purchasing insurance for the package he was trying to ship.
IMO, it seems like some employees here may earn commission and will do everything they can in an attempt to upcharge you with hidden fees to chase it.

All of the customer service employees at my UPS store were courteous, respectful, efficient, friendly and informative. Maria and Eric helped me at the front desk. Noah did an excellent job packing my items. My UPS store is on Willamette St. in Eugene, OR. I know I can trust my package will arrive safely at it’s destination! Job well done.

Made an appointment 1 month in advance for passport, showed up 10 minutes early only to be told they don’t do Saturday appointments. When I asked why they let me book it on Saturday the smug lady behind the counter says “sorry”. Seriously!!! What is wrong with this, how about send an email canceling appointment or hey I got it, DONT LET PEOPLE BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ON SATURDAY!!! Get it together USPS!!

Charged me $3.40 to print a single piece of paper for a label that had already been paid for. You're better off at USPS.

I went here to print three art pieces that I would be selling. The person that assisted me was incredibly rude at first and wouldn’t give me the time or day the moment she saw my pieces were for a queer event. She slammed the table after I told her I would not be printing my art at the store. She wasn’t helpful with any of my questions (asking about paper sizing) and said it was impossible to print a square print. If you need to print something out, go to The Copy Shop. The person there printed out multiple trial pieces and the price was way better than here. Extremely frustrating situation never going to this UPS again. Not to mention they have the file for my artwork on there computers.

Great customer service. Have been using their shipping services for years. Used their notary services for the first time today, and was very impressed. The notary, Noah, was friendly, highly competent, and caring.
