Matt the person who helped me had great customer service honestly he made me feel extremely welcomed and got me a new device and a bottle of juice if it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't go out of my way to head down there. Honestly if it were up to me he would get a raise but I don't work there (even though I would love to) anyways if you're looking for quality products and great customer service head down to the 7th st urban vapors

Excellent service, great selection of items and you get a lot of products at great value price. Matt is the on to go to for all of your needs and products. They have a huge selection of juices and mods as well as all of your coil needs. Great location and very easy to get too. I’ve been going there for about 10 years now and no matter who helps you, you get great customer service and they’re very knowledgeable.

I absolutely LOVE the way I'm treated by all the staff at Urban Vapors. The staff are very knowledgeable about products and don't push you into something you don't want or need. They have a huge selection of liquids & salts to choose from and lots of mods,tanks and other hardware available.
So if you just need to grab some juice or coils,or want a comfortable place to chill for a while Urban Vapors is the place to go. Hope to see you there.😀

I love coming here. The staff is super friendly and they have a huge selection of salts and liquids. My favorite is berry milk pie 25mg salt. The prices are reasonable, and they have a huge selection of mods.
