Myles was extremely helpful in assisting with a transfer issue I had for weeks in about 5 minutes. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable, will be coming back to this branch in the future!

Well,… we go there planning on closing our kids accounts and take out the cash. Their system crashes mid way so we get told we’ll have to come back to pick up the check. But my husband isn’t allowed to cash it since they’ve had my ID even tho he was on the kids accounts as well. and I’m 34 weeks pregnant and it’s a 30 minute drive for us… what a waste of our precious time and what a great decision to close all my accounts with US BANK. Trying to call the branch was a waste too because nobody takes the call. Sorry but you guys suck! And your interior and exterior needs some fixing up.

5% conv. rate fee for a stable pair like USD/EUR is theft.

Terrible customer service. The worst. From being outright ignored while in line to having the branch manager hurl my credit card at me from 2 feet away with a scowl of contempt. They suck. Is there a negative star available?

I walked into an extremely busy day at the bank, with only two tellers, and they were both patient, helpful, and professional. Thanks a lot for all their help.

Atm is always down, and when it is up it's one of the hardest atms to work with. I've gone to many other branches and never have an issue. Why not update your ATM like all your other locations?

The ASSISTIANT BRANCH MANAGER when I, very POLITELY was talking to her about a TIME DEPOSIT RECEIPT, she HUNG-UP on me! DON'T use this US BRANCH BANK on 29th WILLIAMETT, because APPARENTLY, they "DON'T," know how to TREAT their CUSTOMER'S! And it's REALLY, ASHAME, because I'm, now in the PROCESS of SELLING a LARGE FARM, in OREGON, for over $ 900, 400,00, and I, was going to OPEN up a NEW BANK ACCOUNT, there but certainly (NOT) NOW! THEIR LOSS, NOT MINE! I, would give them 0 STAR'S, but then I, would't be able to give them a REVIEW!Cheryl M. Loy

The younger guy with black hair who sits closest to the station by off the waffle clearly does not like his job. Every time I have entered into this building when he is working the atmosphere is terrible. When running my transaction I feel as though he does not want my business. I try to avoid this branch now and have warned other business owners to do the same.

I've always had a good experience here, the tellers are always super nice and helpful and even though sometimes they are busy, they still do their best to make sure I'm taken care of! I am incredibly grateful for the service they provide especially given our current times. Yes, it's a bank, yes, money is a sensitive subject, but this is a good bank in my opinion and I definitely recommend them.

Wish I could give them less. Maybe look into having the people standing around gossiping help out. Then you wouldn't have 15 people in line.

I have been a customer of US bank for nearly 15 years but will be changing banks, moving every account and every single penny away from this bank next week. While the tellers are just doing their jobs the manager at the Eugene Willamette street is disrespectful and cares nothing about customers or the service they provide. I have been loyal, I have been a good customer. To be treated without an ounce of respect or even enough respect of a phone call to discuss my banking options as I asked!! No problem, I’ll take my money somewhere else. I will invest somewhere else. I will save somewhere else. I will seek all my banking needs and products somewhere else.

Decent building for 'lil ol Eugene Oregon. Bottom floor is a bank, various other firms have offices above ground level.
