What are banks even good for anymore try to change your quarters for dollar bills at a bank nope got to go through 30 minutes of making an account first. Geez almost like y'all don't work for the people

Don't take foreign currency here not only do they forget to take the money that she gave you out of your account they don't tell that it needs to be checked after it's sent off.they took 400 dollars out of my account just to say sorry and this will be a learning tool for our employees. Been a customer for 13yrs ugh!!!

Nice sized bank, easy parking. A little hard to find tucked back behind Fred Meyers use GPS the first time worked great. Staff was so nice so amazing.
Just a few minutes before I had an extremely mean encounter at a different branch and the staff was so nice they were apologizing for the other lady.
Very fast and easy and affordable services.

This is the WORST Branch in the US Bank empire, they have left me stranded with NO MONEY, they have my business checking & savings account locked up for the past 3 months for "Fraud" I cannot say this enough, DO NOT EVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE... they will ruin your company.

YOUR MONEY IS NOT PROTECTED HEREHad a check stolen from me and a name forged and deposited fraudulently. Bank said they wont do anything and they won't help me out because I didn't dispose of a check correctly even though it was stolen from me!!! I have a police report and all.

Jobe well done to staff name Dori from Eugene branch, she’s our Angel and saved our day! We’re new here in Eugene, after 2days we just move in, somebody stole our cheque, tryin’ to get money from our account, Dori was very profesional handling the situation, we’re very frustrated because of the hassle made to our accounts and previous jobs connected to our account, but Dori made it all possible, helped to fix everything, made it all easy and very accomodating and informative. Our first experience here was bad because of the evil mind around but because of Dori, such a good catch, Thank you so much for your service..Truly appreciated..
