“One of the best car purchasing experiences Ive probably ever had! The staff have a level of transparency I'm not used to from used lots and it was a nice and refreshing change of pace.
I was initially helped by David(im horrible with names, i think its david) , who is SUPER polite and very helpful. He answered each question me and my dad threw his way. Anything he didnt know, he had no problem going out of his way to find us the information.
Todd is who helped finalize the sale and he was an absolute joy! He stayed late to help us, he's very knowledgeable about each car on the lot and goes above and beyond on making sure the work put into the vehicles is inspected by more the one other place beside himself. I also really appreciated how he explained (and sometimes re-explained) each step and the patientence he had for me being confused at random times.
So overall, an incredibly painless and rather pleasant processes that had me driving home in a jeep renegade! ?”

“We recently moved from Washington, where we had used the same Cadillac dealership for many years, so finding a new dealership we could trust was important to us. I’m really glad we found Kendall Chevrolet GMC Buick Cadillac in Eugene.
Our first point of contact was Eric Johnson, who responded promptly and professionally. Because of the day we were coming in, he referred us to Devin Muir, who took great care of us throughout the process. Devin was respectful, patient, and never pushy. He let us move at our own pace and helped us land on the exact vehicle that fit what we wanted.
The entire team was friendly and helpful. When Devin had to step away near the end, Carl Lyons finished our paperwork, and he was incredibly friendly and respectful the whole time. Everyone we interacted with made the experience feel easy and comfortable.
I did have to hold my stance on pricing to get to a fair number, but that’s part of car buying — and to their credit, the team worked with me without pressure or games. In the end, we got a very good deal and felt respected throughout the entire process.
We’re happy to say we’ve found our new dealership here in Oregon, and we’ll be coming back when we’re ready for our next vehicle — especially the LYRIQ.

“After reading the reviews, I was very hesitant to go look at a car here. But it was the car I’ve been waiting to pop up on the marketplace for months, a 2000’s Buick with low mileage for a fair price. Was going into it expecting the car to not be in as good of shape as it seemed. But Howard let me test ride it and bring it to a shop for a pre paid purchase inspection and everything was in good enough running order for me to buy. He was never rude to me and there was mutual respect between the two of us throughout the ordeal. He sold me the car at a fair price which was below his asking price and the whole experience was positive for me. I can’t speak for the all the other reviews but what I will say is treat him and his cars with respect and he’ll treat you with respect.”
