I live on W 6th Ave and my mail for the past year has been smashed, broken and crumbled into my mailbox. I have tried to call but, no one answers. Are your postal workers on drugs? This is not okay. Handle packages/ envelopes with care! Don't crumble them and smash them into mailboxes!!!

Friendly staff, and a great WPA (?) mural.

Lazy delivery drivers, impossible to find missing packages, no working phone number, rude counter woman. I'm just so fed up ?

“Please wait while we transfer you to the operator” *ringing tone for 60 seconds* *Busy Tone*The 800 USPS number does not give me an option to speak to any human, and none of the options fit my situation. So now what? I try to call the only other phone number that isn’t the 800 number and it seems the phone isn’t connected or monitored at all. Why is the number listed? Seeing other reviews tells me it’s a running issue. Should be fixed by now. This sucks.

Called three days in a row. Not one answer. If you can't answer your business phone then why even have a phone number?

My experience with this particular USPS location has gone well. I find their small package drop off slots to be very useful and conveniently placed. I have never had any issues with the staff or customer service here either!

Abhorrent customer service. USPS was never customer friendly, but a certain customer service person at this branch is ATROCIOUS. I was trying to locate a package that got returned to sender, and was giving them the shipment info. The customer service lady had no idea what she was talking about, had no patience whatsoever, and put me on hold mid-sentence. You don't just yell "it's not our problem" and hang-up on people. I suppose I should've looked up some reviews before calling this place, just to save myself the shock.Avoid this place for longer life expectancy.

Incredibly rude customer service representative who didn't know what they were talking about. They kept giving me inconsistent answers with a very rude and condescending tone. They would also often take long pauses and then ask me to repeat myself as if they weren't even paying attention... Absolutely awful.

They deliver my packages like half the time and it's so frustrating. Miss them by a few minutes and suddenly when I check online it's already being returned to sender.

I was given this number to call about a package of mine. The boy/man who answered wouldn’t even take a look in the system with my tracking number and tell me anything he was to busy telling me I was given the wrong number and to call the post office from my area code and zip he was very unprofessional. I guess this is why the USPS has a hard time is finding good employees.

Our mail carrier was asked to wear a mask inside our HEALTH CARE FACILITY. This is mandated and we are under OSHA which states (and it is posted) "Everyone that enters must wear a mask." He was asked politely, but he gave us a huge attitude. He now has not picked up our mail for 5 days! FIVE DAYS!!! And he literally throws our mail through a slot. We have tried to be kind and understanding but quite frankly, he has been a j*** for a long time.

Delivery people at this USPS are leaving packages outside of businesses that are closed and letting them be stolen. When I called about it they said “oh well that’s what Amazon Instructions were”I cannot believe the level of incompetence it would take for somebody, even a delivery driver with no education whatsoever, to follow instructions which were clearly wrong somehow by somebody at some point in the Amazon transaction… To leave packages to be stolen outside of a business that isn’t open. Especially a business that is a mailbox rental Center.People get mailboxes at these places so that they can have packages delivered safely. USPS needs to do some thing about this and not deliver when the business is closed,. PERIODIs it going to take a lawsuit in order for you to do something about it and use your brains? Is there a supervisor there that has some brains? Or is there anyone delivering that may be just has compassion and concern for the masses of people you’re delivering sometimes life-saving medicine to?

Spoke with a man named BRIAN and he was one of the most rudest person I have encountered on a phone call to find out information. He had an attitude, was speaking to me like I should not be calling for information. Then when I asked him to help because it was a Christmas gift I was trying to deliver, he said "Of course its a Christmas gift, everything this time a year is a Christmas gift." in a very rude tone. I am now going to make it a point to contact managers and USPS to report this employee.

A personal favorite stop on my errands! The people who work at the Eugene Post Office deserve special thanks for their hard work, genuinely kind and caring attitudes. Against challenging situations, whether a pandemic or a broken HVAC, everyone I have dealt with has been a pure delight. Thank you!

Due to the fire I was told my package will go out to be delivered again however, I called the office so I can get more clarity on delivery time and the person on the phone was ab it rude just by the tone. It sounded as if they did not want to be there. I tried calling the second time and the person hung up the phone (Saying they couldn't hear me). I tried to speak a little bit louder so they can hear me and they decide to hang up. And there are moments where you would have to try to keep calling them until you get an answer.I'm also told that there's no estimated delivery time when it comes down to packages being delivered.
