They sent a survey out this past year regarding the quality of mail delivery in my neighborhood. Not sure why they did this as NOTHING has improved. The mail is still mis-delivered, it is still NOT delivered, and the mailman still drives like a maniac in my otherwise quiet neighborhood. Today, the mail wasn't delivered, AGAIN! It seems that whoever is assigned to my neighborhood loves to frequently take at least one day a week off. This is infuriating because sometimes, I actually NEED my medications on time. It is not just some frivelous thing and yet USPS just so happens to be playing a role in the decline of overall healthcare and other things my money goes toward.

The workers at this office are very lazy and seem to always be in a bad mood. This is a customer service job but they don’t really smile or greet you in a friendly way.
As for laziness the workers themselves just do the bare minimum. They act like any request is just so incredibly annoying and difficult.
The route driver the delivers to my address on McBeth road won’t even attempt delivery of restricted mail. She leaves the letters at the post office when she goes out on her route and just throws a slip into the mail box. We were sitting in our yard and she zoomed in, threw a restricted slip into the box and zoomed away again. All while chatting on her phone. She needs to get out of her vehicle every single time and actually knock on the door.

The office is OK but the staff and postal drivers suck make complaints and nothing gets done wish I could give 0 🌟

The girl who works here is atrocious. She could care less about her job or the people who come in here. I would not trust her to process anything important.

I’d say Greg provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced but it was much more than that. She couldn’t care less about how she treats or talks to people. After being treated so poorly I watched her whole personality and demeanor change as Don (another employee) left and came back (Don was great and efficient). It was truly concerning to watch happen. As someone who is young and never set foot into a post office before this experience, me being disappointed is an understatement. I hope Greg reflects on herself and how she treats people and has the day she deserves.

What’s with all the bad reviews from disgruntled people online? This place is awesome. ZERO complaints from me. Everyone is great here and I have access to my PO Box after hours which is fabulous because I can’t always make it to the post office earlier in the afternoon. 5 stars! I have had PO Boxes/mailing addresses in other places in the past (within Oregon AND out of state/out of the country) and this post office location is hassle-free with good people. No complaints here. It’s great! ??

This area sucks. My mail shows up days late. Letter mailed from the same place got to my brother's house Monday off river rd. Mine still has not been delivered. We are close to the post office and we will get mail at 8:00 at night half the time I think they just go home and don't deliver anything.

I've only had positive experiences here! I was assisted with such patience and kindness even when my requests were inconvenient. You can tell they're doing their best considering the extenuating circumstances all post offices are experiencing nowadays. I'm very grateful for them.

Most incompetent staff and worst office in the U.S. They simply decided to close early Saturday Dec. 16th. They were just sitting behind the desk directing everyone to self checkout. As a result, had to go to UPS and now Christmas presents get to family until after Christmas.

Have lived here for 4 years and our carrier up to about 6 months ago was amazing, now all the problems you see in all the other reviews are happening and when I called the branch actually closest to my home she even warned me how terrible my actual branch was and said she gets calls all the time with complaints, hope this is not our new normal but looking at these reviews I feel like it may be :-(

Extremely inconvenient hours. Good luck ever shipping something out if you work a normal job. People RELY on the post office. It's a necessity hat everyone has to use. So it should be actually accessible to normal people. At the very least be open reasonable hours on the weekends!! They only time you can go to this place is WHILE EVERYONE IS AT WORK. I'm trying to keep up a small business and now I'm at the point where I'm considering shutting the whole thing down just because shipping out items is so undoable.

If I could give half a star, I would. We have repeatedly not received mail in a timely manner. I get daily informed delivery updates from the USPS and regularly those items show up days if not weeks late. We have had numerous packages just not arrive and to be told they delivered it. Someone is always home so we know the packages weren't taken by porch pirates. Recently we have dealt with a package lost at the actual post office. They had held it for pick up and can't find it. Going on a week now and was called and told they have other customers to deal with and don't have the time to search for it and it was probably delivered and we lost it.

My husband and I have still not received the card we sent via priority mail. That card was so important that we prayed over it and we even talked with the post man at the counter about it at length because he forgot to subtract our stamp from the priority postage. Please respond here, so we can make sure our card reaches it's destination by the 15th. Also, we would like our money returned regarding priority mail tracking if possible. Thank you!!!
