The phone number doesn't take you to the local post office, just to their automated services. The employee hung up on me as well.

The do not knock, do not leave slips, pretend i wasnt home, even though i was.. this is a horrible location, i have watched the weekend person stand in the truck by the mailbkx, not getting out and leaving... with my package in the truck

When I send mail it is fine no issues, but when it is amazon packages with a weekend delivery? They never show up and this has been going on for 4+ years. I had to get a private mailbox to deliver from amazon. 100% of my weekend delivery Amazon orders never arrive to my house, but they do at my private mailbox. I have had to replace dozens of shipments that never got delivered. I am positive the delivery person is stealing it because not a single box has been returned or forwarded to me in any of the dozens of incidents.

Let's ignore the (sometimes) very long line and concentrate on the friendly, respectful staff at the counter. My last visit definitely merited 5 stars, but there wasn't a line, so I'm already in a good mood before getting service. Staff member, Tim, was as usual efficient, friendly and helpful. The USPS is unusual in the US. It's not owned and operated to benefit corporate greed. It's a service that should be cherished and appreciated.

Listed my prescription medication as delivered. Mailbox is empty with a note saying my mailbox was to full 6/29, it was empty because I checked it the day before and today is 7/2, not 6/29.
My medication is missing.

Constantly getting my mail torn open by mailman or processing, checks and cash stolen as presents! Delivered open. Approached the mailman and immediately got defensive when they had not been accused of doing it. Sick of it!

Chris who works there is rude. The other people who work the main office are pleasant and will fix your issues. If you see Chris sitting at the front highly recommend you ask for some one else.

The people are nice that bring the mail but the box that is used to leave small packages is gotta be 25 years old in the locks are rusted and don’t work and the keys keep breaking off and you keep leaving packages in there two packages that are almost impossible to retrieve so I’m having to call the post office to find you guys to find out how to get my package and this is the umpteenth time I’ve had to do this I would really appreciate if you guys were quit leaving mail in these old boxes and replace it with the federal funds that you’re given by our tax money. The inconsistency of these lock mechanisms is extremely frustrating as you’ll see in the picture. The key goes in one of the two key holes for one box, but the actual different keyhole for the upper box and you can’t even turn the key because it’s so rusted and this is a 20 year old box for sure next to a brand new box we need a better system or at least proper functioning locks please ???
