I have never had more checks and packages not be delivered on time or at all since living at this address and dealing with this specific postal office it’s ridiculous, they states a packed I was supposed to receive yesterday was “undeliverable” even though I put just drop at door… my husband goes in there this morning and they say they can’t find it and the driver is “new” and will try again today the mail doesn’t even show up today at all…

Fantastic post office. Always accommodating, I run an Ecommerce business and drop packages here daily and have never had issues with missing or lost packages. Thank you. All the staff are wonderful.

I rented a PO box, which apparently the previous holder had failed to return a key. Tim was fantastic! He quickly installed a new lock on the box to alleviate my security concerns. I appreciate his above and beyond service, as well as his positive attitude.

I just received a package in my mailbox bent in half. It was a picture, no frame, that was ruined. It was a gift for my daughter's wedding in 5 days! Our mailman shoves so much in our community mailboxes, that you cant even get them out! I live off River Rd in Eugene.

The worst delivery drivers, I was out front working on my car and watched the delivery driver drive past my apartments and instead of doing there job of delivering my mail that required a signature they instead said I wasn't there and left a redeliver slip instead. Perhaps hire people who are going to actually do there job instead of slacking off

They cannot deliver a package correctly. If you try to get help with said package they cannot help you.
They tell you they'll call you when find it and don't call. They lie and say they helped you with that package already when they didn't.
You can't schedule a pickup for a package that's been bouncing around for over a week.
They constantly put packages in the wrong mailboxes.
A lady named Cat or Kat lied to my face and doubled down on it and added to the list lies as I called her out on them. Said she helped me on a Thursday and then said she doesn't work Thursdays. She also kept interrupting me because she KNEW she was right.
Tim is the only one there who's actually worth interacting with.

It is 10:35 pm on a Friday night and our mail has still not been delivered (and the letter we have in the mailbox is still not picked up). Very often no delivery until after dark.

Worst post office EVER. Not the only time I have had to deal with LAZY employees. The service is not good, and your employees are lazy. Can't look up a simple tracking number to confirm my package was there. Will never being going their again.
I highly recommend going to the one in good pasture Rd.

Don't bother paying for insurance on your package. It's a lie and a scam. Ordered a package that was supposedly "insured" then some incompetent USPS employee messed up like always and I never even got the package. Messaged about getting the refund I was promised and they refused, said I had to go through the company I bought from. Even though USPS was at fault!! Service is an absolute joke and they're just scamming people out of money for insurance they won't honor. Reporting that charge as fraudulent to my bank.
