Don't bother paying for insurance on your package. It's a lie and a scam. Ordered a package that was supposedly "insured" then some incompetent USPS employee messed up like always and I never even got the package. Messaged about getting the refund I was promised and they refused, said I had to go through the company I bought from. Even though USPS was at fault!! Service is an absolute joke and they're just scamming people out of money for insurance they won't honor. Reporting that charge as fraudulent to my bank.

This Post office really needs some attention and care. Every time I go there is only one person working at the counter and there are 15 people waiting. The doors and windows are filthy and need to be wiped down. There are cars taking up multiple spaces in the front with people sleeping in them. Other post offices are not like this around Eugene or Springfield.

Lines are long sometimes, but I have always received good service when I needed help. Plenty of parking. Self service kiosk is very convenient and always works well. This branch usually has the fun and new stamps.

Have registered out new address with the postal service, have put up signes of who is receiving mail. Yet we still receive mail and packages for people not registered at that address. It has been ongoing for months. The best they have done is draw question marks on packages and mail that are not supposed to be dropped off. Which let's me know that they know it's not supposed to be delivered, they are being lazy and not doing there job correctly on purpose. Stop drawing on peoples mail and deliver it properly.

Apparently I moved and didn't know it and when I did live here, I never got the correct mail anyway. I only gave one star because I have to in order to leave a review.

They need to hire more counter people. 1 person at the counter is unexceptable. The postal workers are being taken advantage of as well as the customer. The leaders of the USPS are not honoring the public service model. I wonder if they actually want our business.

Went in today on the last day to ship packages for Christmas. Went at opening time and there were absolutely no boxes for people to use for shipping. I was told I’ll have to go to another post office if I need any boxes. Why would you not stock those especially on the last day to ship for Christmas?

Worst experience. The man at the front was overly jolly that it was perceived as condescending, kept calling people “Bud” and “young lady”. He delivered unfortunate news about my mail like I was a child, and said it as if he was HAPPY I was inconvenienced. The poor lady working next to him was left alone for an undetermined amount of time. Your staff could use an education in professionalism.
