I am amazed that this a 2 star hotel. It should be a 4 star. It felt like I was home, super super clean, and didn't smell like a typical 2 star. I also love that each room has a literal spot in front of the room, and not any extra parking charge. Very impressed.

I was nervous at first to stay the night here because of the reviews and the fact that me and my mother would be saying here alone(two females by themselves staying somewhere safe is important) and it was honestly very creepy looking apon our arrival but we arrived late when it was already dark(about 7-7:30pm) we asked the man at the check-in desk if we could see the room before we payed and he said of course immediately and took us to the room we would be staying at and when my mom asked if our room we be close to the check-in was he said yes and only put us two rooms behind the front desk which made us both feel a lot better about staying here because we would be close to someone if needed the actual room itself was clean there was a small stain on the shower curtain but that isn't a big deal the lock worked well there's a TV small coffee maker a fridge all the usual things so hotel over all 10/10 but as far as the area which I do not fault them for you can't control the environment around you and the staff arr very kind and clearly love the place they are doing the best they can to make you feel safe on that note there's not any homeless right by the motel but or the opposite side of the road in one if the parking lots there was like a homeless meet up it looked like but they weren't set up to like sleep there kinda just seemed like they were all talking and hanging out so in conclusion if you have kids/are staying by yourself I would definitely recommend that you stay here it's amazing for the price especially nowadays with all the inflation this place was great:)

Not a bad place to get a night rest especially if you are in between residencies ?

This inn seems to not wash bedding in between guests. There was a ton hair on my pillows cases. Towels were all stained. Cobwebs. Overall dirty feeling. Gross. I must have gotten the domestic violence suite as there was a lot of broken stuff. I feel like good the reviews are fake after I stayed there based on reviews vs price. The guy working was nice. That's my only positiveNoteworthy details: Overall it seems icky

The room was clean and comfortable. It is right one the highway between Eugene and Junction City, but you really don't hear it from your room.

Quiet, nice and clean. Airpot right down the road. Even the fake flowers in the room were clean. I highly recommend.

Very rude man on the phone did not want to give us a quote because we said we have a service dog. Told him it is illegal to deny access for a service dog and he said ok and hung up.Stay somewhere else where staff actually cares about their guests.

We booked online last minute trying to find a place to stay on a busy event weekend. We are not in town for events, we are here on an emergency family visit to Riverbend Hospital. There were absolutely no indications online that the reservations at Value Inn are non-refundable. Upon arriving, we see very obvious signs of deferred maintenance on the exterior of the motel. Broken windows, trash in the parking lot and the neighborhood itself is scary. Homeless folks gathered on the street corner. Not a safe place for children or families to stay at all! Refused to refund our money. I understand a cancelation fee is standard, but $176 is not ok. Lesson learned the hard way. NEGATIVE STARS. I gladly paid double for a clean, SAFE place to stay at the Super 8 in Springfield instead.

Not only were the rooms comfortable clean and well priced the staff was absolutely phenomenal. I had a late check in and the gentleman was very very kind and was not acting inconvenienced at all. When I checked out this morning the gentleman at the front desk was just as pleasant.

This quaint roadside hotel was a surprising delight! If you're staying in Eugene for a convention or just want a peaceful stay-cation, you have got to give this place a try!The rates are unbelievably reasonable. The rooms have all been upgraded with soothing colors, attractive bedding and super comfortable beds!Incredibly clean, inside and out, this fantastic little hotel takes care of all the details you don't always find in chain hotels! You will find a full lineup of cable channels, including all the premium movie channels, magazines in your room, coffee supplies, a microwave and mini-fridge, a blow dryer, ironing board and good quality toiletries. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the location is prime for nearby restaurants, bowling and mini-golf. Its also located quite close to the airport!Truly a treat, check this place out for your next stay in Eugene!

Clean, renovated, and they care about the customer! The owner definitely wants to ensure people staying at their motel feel comfortable by making it welcoming and offering amenities that you normally don't get in Motels. Comfortable 2 queen beds and affordable! It's an older building, BUT very well maintained and close to several eateries that are walking distance. Area is conveniently located on your way to the airport too. There's also a Dollar General store and Dispensary walking distance which explains the previous "negative" review. I see it as a positive not a negative. I would DEFINITELY stay here if I were in Eugene again!
