Just picked up my car from Victor's Auto Body and it looks like
new inside and out. They repaired the damage so qucikly... was only without wheels for a week. Very happy with the work they did.

What an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with John and Juan during such a trying time. Their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I’m thrilled with how my vehicle turned out and I will be back for any future needs…. TOP NOTCH WORK!!! Best in town!

Go to classic collision they will take good care of you victors auto body is a joke of a business they think they can charge price of well respected shops like classic collision there price are bad for the type of shop they have and equipment it’s a dump.

I had an amazing experience at Victor‘s Auto Body. John and Juan took excellent care of me AND my car! They were extremely personable and walked me through every step of the process to repair my vehicle. I opted to have them detail the outside of my vehicle with a four step process that they use, and my car looks like new! Pretty amazing since it’s an 07 Camry. I also got my car back the same week I brought it to them!
Victor’s even went above and beyond and repaired some chips that were on my door next to the dent which was the original repair. Totally unexpected, and totally appreciated!! I would recommend Victor‘s to anyone who needs repair work done on their vehicle. They even offer mechanic services, and if I have any mechanical issues, I know where to go!
Thank you Juan and John and everyone else who did such great work on my vehicle!

Google won’t let me give negative stars. Hands down DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHOP.
2 1/2 months with my wife’s car. Absolutely rude people. Take no accountability.
Then months after getting car back her headlight started getting condensation in it since they didn’t feel the need to replace it.
Took it to another body shop and while they were replacing it, they found the real reason for this review.
The did not properly repair my wife’s car and she has been driving around in a dangerous to be on the road vehicle for months. Simple things of clips are supposed to be used to hold parts of the bumper in were held together with sheet metal screws.
We now have to find a body shop willing to take on the complete re repair to what Victors did.

Victor's did an great job on our car. We able to get our car back the same week we brought it in. Juan was super helpful and IF we need to get body work again we will be returning here again.

Drove up and parked. The front door is in the back, so I had difficulties finding it. the that help me was very polite. He did the estimate, and I was on my way.

I absolutely cannot express how thankful I am to this body shop and how well of a job they did for my girlfriend’s car. We took her car to a bigger chain organization ( Fix auto in springfield ) and they demolished her car , broke pieces of the body kit and refused to pay or fix any damages. We literally drove off the lot with pieces hanging off her car. After talking to multiple places we finally found victors auto body which ended up being our saving grace. We were met with a friendly smile and instantly were assured her car was going into good hands. I’m extremely particular about my things and the good and services that I pay for. I can confidently say I’ll never take a vehicle anywhere else. From the guys in the shop to the people in the front office this place is a well ran , stand up class act. The guys do a phenomenal job and the owner is a great person. I truly can’t recommend this place enough , if you’re deciding where to take your vehicle there’s no question victors is the right place. A real diamond in the rough just a bit outside out town, no matter who you are, how much money you make or what you drive rest assured you’ll be treated with the upmost respect and get taken care of well at victors. 10/10 experience & job.

Incredible auto body shop. Interacted with Juan throughout the entire experience and he was professional and a great communicator. My car was wrecked after a terrible accident and I have a deep attachement to this vehicle so I took it to them and they turned what looked to be a lost cause into what looks to be a brand new car. The price was absolutely reasonable and well below quotes from other shops, especially for the quality. This place comes highly, highly, recommended.

I had work done on my car here. I initially dropped it off November 8th 2023, they told me to expect 3-4 weeks. Over 2 months later I still had not received my car despite calling about once a week for 9 weeks. If they did answer the phone it was to tell me that they had not began working on it. I told them I was concerned about it sitting out in the yard for months and getting moldy. They told me they would check to make sure it was not an issue however when I finally did receive my vehicle back it required nearly $300 in interior detailing to remove the mold (if they had checked the interior at all like they said, they would have seen it, the mold was very obvious). After having the car back for about 6 months, I have noticed several issues that relate directly back to the "repairs" they did. I had a new mechanic ask if the repairs were done in someone'e backyard because they looked so terrible. I am now looking at SEVERAL HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS of more repairs to fix the "repairs" (damage) caused by Victor's Auto Body shop.
