Carolyn is great at customer service. Extremely helpful in all areas.. its really the only reason I purchased frames.. the selection of frames is very poor. They no longer carry any real fashionable styles

Excellent! Today Alli and another woman whose name I did not learn assisted me by adjusting 3 pairs of eyeglasses for me. I did not have to wait at all and the following the adjustments, all of the eyeglasses fitted much more comfortably. Alli and her coworker treated me respectfully and professionally. Thank you so much!
UPDATES: On 12/5/2024 and then on 12/19/2024, I visited the VRC (Eugene, OR) location again. The first time Carolyn helped me and the second time, Charyce did. Each is an excellent representative and a really nice person and each helped me despite being the only person in the front of the office, a growing queue of people and phones that rang tirelessly. Both kept their eyes on the prize and greatly helped me. Good people

Everything was great the employees and docter the docter were great the location was easy to get to and it was a fast and easy appointment with lots of eye glass frame options the only thing I can say bad is the prices are pretty expensive
