Walgreens sent me a letter weeks ago saying they had all my prescription information from buying out Bi-Mart. I called them yesterday and after a long time on hold, l spoke to someone in pharmacy, they told me they didn't have my records.Today l called the doctors office and asked them to send my records to Walgreens on River Road, l waited about two hour and then called Walgreens, they put me on hold for 30 minutes , l was down to one caller ahead of me then a click and instead of a person on the other end, there was a disconnect, l called them again this time the wait was an hour, someone picked up and l told them they should have received a call from my doctor's office early today regarding my diabetes medication information. l gave her my name, date of birth and the diabetes medication l needed, l preceeded to explain that l only had two day left of meds and that Walgreens had written me weeks ago to inform me they had my medical records. l told her l had called yesterday and was told they did not have my records and l told her that earlier today l called my doctor's office and asked to send my records over to Walgreens on River Road there was another disconnect (l think she hung up on me).I will never call Walgreens again, they are probably over worked under paid, under staffed and can't handle the volume of calls or all the complaints. Walgreens is not worth the wait, l will be going somewhere else to get my meds.

They switched my prescription without telling me, when I told them I couldn’t use the generic brand they said that I NEEDED TO SPECIFY if I wanted name brand. They should had mentioned it to me when I was calling it in or even picking it up. I came to Walgreens because they had my medication in name brand unlike Fred Meyer. My prescription was written in as name brand for a reason and now I’m unable to get my medication because they made a stupid mistake. This place sucks and I won’t be coming back here.

They take forever to even get urgent prescriptions. The refill process keeps getting things wrong.

Just the worse Pharmacy experience, not that any pharmacy visit is great... But, Standing there in a line 20+ people long, and seeing 3 out of 4 people finally getting to the counter are then turned away (after several more minutes) due to prescription not being ready...and after hour+ spent standing in line being told the same, or 45min more... The Drive-through seems to move faster, but still... Inefficient and ineffective procedures and policies, and staff seem complacent...no surprise that customers eventually "lose it", they've tried my patience to the max on a few occasions! Ridiculously frustrating as a customer.

They don’t seem welcoming and there’s a lot of waiting time and trips back and forth to this pharmacy until you can finally get the prescription. I don’t want to be travelling around when I’m not feeling well. I realise that the others are always experiencing this. I’ll switch the pharmacy like the other customers there were saying.

Does anyone have a pharmacy they like? I'm looking for a new one. They are always so slow here. It seems like only one person is ever working the window, and the line is always down the store isles. They take a lunch break mid day and totally close down during most peoples lunch hours and they arent open before normal work hours. And I also found out from my Dr that each pharmacy gets to set the prices of how much they charge for medications. My medications after insurance was over $80 and my Dr told me thats crazy and should have been $20 or $30 and to shop pharmacies. So over Walgreens. But the ladies working are usually nice once I get to the window.

Wait times as long as 4+ hours and almost never actually had my entire prescription ready. If I was lucky they could string together 14 day supplies but frequently I would have to quit my mess cold turkey because they didn't have my full prescription available

They bill some medicine to insurance and use coupon so costs more check insurance to see if billed. I went back to get refund and told them they never billed my insurance so instead of 1.67 I was charged 34.oo became full this pharmacy. They not honest.

I feel bad for the poor pharmacy people working here. They are so short staffed. Shame on you Walgreens. Hire more staff and pay them what they are worth. Otherwise you are going to continue to burn out staff and lose customers.

The pharmacy is terrible. We actually stopped using Walgreens, even though it is the closest pharmacy to us. Between the limited hours they are open to long times to have prescriptions filled, and wrongly being told that our prescriptions were ready, which made waiting in line for 45 or more minutes all the more frustrating and maddening! We're probably going to change pharmacies again, because the one we switched to is not much better. I realize that there are staff shortages, but to not be able to check to see if they are ready by phone, and then to have to come over and stand in line, only to find out it isn't ready is ridiculous. Just have someone answer the phone and check on that would be a great help and improve your customer service. Sorry for the bad review, but I don't need the frustration and stress of dealing with all of that.

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever encountered. Couldn't even correctly add my insurance and continued telling me I didn't have any. Even with the paperwork proof as well as my card they refused to call and verify, told me that isn't their job it's mine. I called to verify and yep nothing wrong on my end. Still refused since she stated they have other things to do. A month straight of being told we order Friday and it is on the order and to arrive Monday or Tuesday, but was never ordered by 3 different people. There is no accountability for their rudeness and lack of support. Will never come here again!

We have managed to avoid Walgreens for the past year, but when I needed a COVID booster and the Lane County Clinic had closed temporarily, out of desperation I got on their website. After half an hour I finally found an appointment two weeks out. But no, after a few days I realized that I had no confirming email and once again Walgreens let me down. And I read in the financial page that the parent company is embarking on a long term "efficiency" project which means they will treat employees even worse and service will be even poorer--hard to imagine that.

Prescription has not been filled one week after original expected date. No update on when it will be filled. Unable to reach pharmacy by phone. Help line was no help.
