COVID TESTING MAKES AWFUL WAITS AR DRIVE THRU. They should find a way to let people know this before I've waited 30 mins It's hit-or-miss with the pharmacy in terms of wait time at window, both inside the store and at drive thru. As I write this I'm sitting in my car. I've moved one spot up in 30 mins. I don't want to pull out of line and go inside because it's likely just as backed up. Miserable. At least I have my beautiful puppy dog along.

Worst pharmacy ever! They NEVER answer the phones. I have been on hold for 2 hours with 2 calls ahead of me. I can never get through to them. Apparently they need more staff. It's extremely irritating and upsetting. I am looking for another pharmacy. Don't bother calling them, unless you're okay with waiting for literally hours to speak with someone. I'm done

I've consistently had problems with this Walgreens over the past year and will no longer be using their pharmacy. I've always given them advanced notice when I need refills (we're talking a week to a week and a half when I request a refill) and every month, without fail, I have to call them to ask why it isn't ready. WHEN I'm able to get through on the phones, I usually get a non-empathetic response along the lines of "we ordered it, but we'll order it again" which to me means that they didn't order it at all. When I'm not able to get through on the phones, I stop in and usually have to wait while they figure out what's happening with my order. Nobody has been willing or able to communicate the issues to me. At one point, they told me that they didn't have it in stock and then upon checking their stock, they had it and were able to fill it. I understand that pharmacies are extremely busy and understaffed, but with advanced notice it shouldn't be hard to fill my single inhaler that I get every month. I've always been extremely nice to them, but when I have to wait over a week to get inhalers or antibiotics, it's unacceptable. I tried using the home delivery service, thinking it may be better but here we are, 9 days after ordering my prescription, and it still says "processing". I cancelled my refill and will be getting my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.

While I don't want to blame the employees here, the quality of care shown towards my ability to get my medication has been non-existent. They got a fresh prescription for my meds in five days ago, and when I called to see if it was ready for pick up today they said they still needed to order it. This isn't an uncommon medication, and the fact they didn't order it when the prescription came in is ridiculous to me. Walgreens as a company needs to do better, and I'm never getting a prescription sent to one again after this experience.

If you were thinking of going to Walgreens for the free Covid face masks - DON’T. They do not have them and do not know when they will.

BAD CUSTOMER CARE!! I yelped a review and received a corporate response immediately that promised a local managerial response within two days and I received NO RESPONSE four days later.

All week there's been 3+ callers ahead of me, and the phone system hangs up after 45 minutes on hold. The automated system canceled my prescription refill and will not let me refill without talking to someone in the pharmacy

Recently learned that BiMart Pharmacies are transferring all customer info to Walgreen's without asking customers first if that's okay (corporate shenanigan). My years-ago experiences with this Walgreen's were so awful that I proactively arranged transfer of my information to a different pharmacy where I'm treated as a valued customer - as I was at BiMart - instead of this Walgreen's where the one time I used them I was spoken down to as if I was a semi-competent five-year-old (and the information I received about my prescription actually was incomplete, as I later found by going to the manufacturer's website for full info). Also had a very humiliating experience with a retail CASH PURCHASE where the staffer would not give me my change back from a $20 for approx $4 item until I filled out some kind of form on the little computer at the checkout stand which wanted me to "donate" my change to a Walgreen's charity - and then she SHAMED ME in front of other customers when I said I would skip this part she sarcastically insisted VERY loudly (in front of the other customers) that if I was "refusing to donate" I STILL had to put that "answer" into the computer. I set the item back on the counter and walked away without any of my money. I never went back. And from the poor reviews I see everywhere about Walgreen's - and not just THIS store - I never WILL go back!

TERRIBLE service after surgery for medication pick up. Would not recommend. Prescription was called in hours before pick up. Staff was not friendly or timely and did not consider the pain the patient was under. If you are needing medication after surgery for pain PLEASE save your time and money and go somewhere else. The last thing a patient needs is to suffer in pain while waiting for a prescription that was called in hours prior to specifically avoid an incident such as this.

My commonly used rx has been at Walgreen's Coburg Rd for 2 days. still not ready. I was on hold for 25 minutes, then they disconnected, and of course when I dialed again they were closed. I'm going out of state tomorrow. Thanks a lot.

This is now my second time having a horrible experience at this Walgreens Pharmacy. I filled a prescription Thursday evening for a pick up later that night. I came in today Friday to pick it up before a weekend trip. My prescription was not ready and I was never notified about my insurance not going through. I was NEVER notified, that it did not go through due to this and I did not have the time to sit and wait 30-45 minutes for it to be filled with me waiting at the store after giving my new insurance or simply just paying the $20 without. Walgreens pharmacy should do better to notify its customers when there is an error so I could have resolved the issue yesterday rather than when I got to the pharmacy then having to wait that long for it to be filled when I did not have the time to do so.

Literally the worst drugstore in the planet I've never waited so long every time you go to get a prescription. No one works with any sort of urgency.

They've handled my family's prescriptions with utmost professionalism, whether in drive through or inside. I'm always notified. They are always ready when I've been notified in the app. Sometimes the drive through line can be 5-6 cars, but that's the way it goes. Everybody's busy. Get your app up people. It helps them

I don't recommend their photo service. print quality is poor and not centered, very adrupt white edge on one side of the photos! I'm very disappointed the pics are for a fathers day gift.
