This pharmacy is SIGNIFICANTLY understaffed. On numerous occasions when I try to put in a prescription online, or go to pick up prescriptions, I encounter a notification that “ This store is temporarily closed due to unforseen circumstances.”Not only are they unreliable, they can’t even bother to spell check the word ‘unforeseen’.

TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE!!!CHECKED ON MY SCRIPT ONE HOUR AFTER DOCTOR CALLED IN.THE SYSTEM SAID NO TALKED TO WOMAN SHE ASKED FOR OTHER ADD.(we travel alot)IASKED HER BEFORE OREGON SHE SAID I DONT CARE JUST GIVE ME ADD.!!!!FINALLY SHE SAID WILL BE READY AT 6:30 TOLD HER I THOUGHT YOU CLOSED AT 6 SHE SAID OH WELL GUESS YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK UP TOMORROW!!!!

I’ve have had very few problems, and yes, they are short staffed and they have had to adjust by the wack-a-mole method. When way behind, they have to attend to whatever the immediate problems are right in front of them at that moment.

They don't have presciptions ready on time. I have waited over 2 weeks at times. The employees do their best, but they obviously lack experience. The hold time to speak to a pharmacist is an hour at the least. Overmanagemenveryis

The staff at this pharmacy is simply overworked and can’t possibly keep up with demand. The old Bi-Mart Pharmacy was open 59 hours weekly. Walgreens has shortened the hours to 42.5 hours weekly. Calling them is impossible. I was on hold for 1 hr. 55 minutes on 10/5 before giving up.

Ever since Walgreens took over for Bimart, it's a freaking mess. Ordered daughters prescription online to be delivered for 1-2 business day delivery, after a week had to go in to check on status because they never pick up their phone (after 2 hours). Mind you, the line took 45 minutes, I never saw lines that long there before ever. They said they saw the order in the system and just wasn't sure why they didn't sent it out. So then I ordered my own prescription for delivery like 2 weeks early online. They asked why I was trying to refill early so I put that it looks like they were behind so I was getting ahead. 2 weeks later it's still "in process" and now I won't have it refilled on time and will have to go back Monday. I don't know what the heck is going on, but it is a total disaster there. Changing pharmacies for the first time in years :(

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to and I wish I had read the reviews before having my prescriptions sent here. It took over a week to get my meds filled and I’ve been here today for almost an hour and a half dealing with problem after problem. They had problems w my insurance, problems w their system, problems w the computer. The staff are lovely and working so hard but this has been an absolute nightmare. And from what I’ve heard sitting here over the past hour and a half, other people are having issues too. People are constantly being told that their (much needed) prescriptions aren’t ready, it’ll take more time, there’s a problem, etc. If I wasn’t already experiencing withdrawal symptoms, I would have left. This is a nightmare.

This is the last time I will be picking up a prescription at any Walgreens pharmacy. I'm calling my doctor to get a pharmacy that can put pills in a bottle and answer a phone.

Called yesterday on hold for 1hr 58 minutes and they hung up on me called today on hold for 2 hrs and YET AGAIN THEY HUNG UP ON ME. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PHARMACY NOT TO MENTION THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG MEDICATION FOR MY INFANT HAPPY I CAUGHT IT

They did not have the 2 medications my MD ordered. They could not tell me if any of the other Walgreens had the medications. They would not give me a copy of the rx, so I could get it filled elsewhere. They told me that they would fax the 2 rx to Alberstons, who had the medications in stock. Then they did not fax the RX. I tried to contact them to ask them to fax and they put me on unending hold. Not able to fill my rx and not at all helpful with me getting it filled elsewhere.
