Tried to call for over two hours to see if an antibiotoc was called in. I finally gave up and drove in. I asked why they did not answer the phone and the pharmacists answers "who answers the phone these days" I was told I had to come in to the store to fill the prescription. While I was waiting the phone rang. A tech looked at the number and said the name and pharmacist shook his head. I asked to speak to a manager who said she could do nothing about pharmacy. After waiting over an hour I was told I had to go to River road because they could not fill my prescription. I told the tech who said to come in the store and wait an hour she should be fired and attempted to leave the store. The pharmacy manager ran after me as if she was going to assault me. I turned around to face her and she told the tech to call the police and report I was combative. I left the store once she finally backed off from me and called the police myself. They refused to come if I was not in the store anymore. I went to river road and picked up the prescription. As I was handed the antibiotic prescription the store manager came to the register and said "dont give her anything the other store called." The antibiotic prescription had no copay and was already filled so I took it and left before they could grab it back from me. I stated that I will be outside to meet the police if they wanted to make a false report as well. They just said "don't come back" Do not worry, I will not ever use another Walgreens, ever. False police reports and assaultive behavior get folks like me killed by police.

Came in during a snow storm. Needed something that was showing in stock online but not stocked on shelves. The younger lady working the register said she's go grab it for me in the back. The older manager wouldn't let her and told me she can't get it from the back for me. So I ordered it curbside and she cancelled my order. Very lazy customer service. Couldn't even give me a time to come back she said "whenever she gets around to stocking the shelves" very rude. 1/13/24

I visited on october twenty eighth saturday. I made an appointment online to get a shot. I traveled forty miles one way eighty miles round trip. I waited 30 minutes and line got to the window. The employee said my husband's insurance card did not work. But my insurance card did work. I have insurance through my husband's work So if his car doesn't work And mine does there's a problem with the employee. So my husband didn't receive any shots due to the incompetence. This is after we stood at the window for like twenty minutes. The pharmacist called me over in a rude and loud voice. And then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get one of the shots Because I didn't have underlying conditions. I do have underlying conditions but I didn't feel like announcing them to her with a whole room full of people. Basically, there were a lot of people there waiting in line. I left. I wasn't going to be able to get the shots that I needed. They couldn't run my husband's insurance card correctly. And the pharmacist was the rudest I've ever experienced. I called the store manager and all he did was back paddle. I can see why they have a one star rating. They might read some of these reviews and fixed the problems. The first one I would do is to fire the rude pharmacist and train the employees so that they can competently put in your insurance card. So I'm out gas for an 80 mile round trip and I don't have my shots. Thanks a lot walgreens.

After experiencing all pharmacy services in the area (with the exception of Walmart), I've settled on Walgreens. Without naming names, my previous provider was over charging Medicare and I thought that was grossly inappropriate. This company really does an excellent job. Their employees are working their butts off, managing an overwhelming workload with efficiency and a smile. This recommendation is coming from a retired pharmacist that knows the ropes.

30+ minutes on hold, again, is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! to anyone im sure. This is common here. Staffing issues seem common. I have been on hold this long before only to find out even though i called coburg road, you may get connected to a global call center of sorts. I've experienced rude staff there who hang up on you if you ask to be transferred to the actual store, that you called. WALGREENS NEEDS TO END THIS PRACTICE AND STAFF THEIR PHONES AND STORES. Recently I thought they had improved, but now OVER 35 minutes on hold, how is anyone supposed to go about their life yet deal with this RUDE, INDIFFERENT COMPANY. MUST BE NICE TO GET AWAY WITH TREATING PEOPLE THIS WAY AND STAY IN BUSINESS. AND YOU ARE A HEALTHCARE COMPANY? NOTHING BUT STRESS HERE, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

I set up my prescription to automatically refill. when we picked them up, got home, it wasn't in the bag. I thought I'd just get it Saturday but my location is closed all weekend. Calling the coburg location, I was told they could fill it in 90 minutes (after closing) then I was put back on extenda hold. Very disappointing.

COVID TESTING MAKES AWFUL WAITS AR DRIVE THRU. They should find a way to let people know this before I've waited 30 mins It's hit-or-miss with the pharmacy in terms of wait time at window, both inside the store and at drive thru. As I write this I'm sitting in my car. I've moved one spot up in 30 mins. I don't want to pull out of line and go inside because it's likely just as backed up. Miserable. At least I have my beautiful puppy dog along.

Worst pharmacy ever! They NEVER answer the phones. I have been on hold for 2 hours with 2 calls ahead of me. I can never get through to them. Apparently they need more staff. It's extremely irritating and upsetting. I am looking for another pharmacy. Don't bother calling them, unless you're okay with waiting for literally hours to speak with someone. I'm done

I've consistently had problems with this Walgreens over the past year and will no longer be using their pharmacy. I've always given them advanced notice when I need refills (we're talking a week to a week and a half when I request a refill) and every month, without fail, I have to call them to ask why it isn't ready. WHEN I'm able to get through on the phones, I usually get a non-empathetic response along the lines of "we ordered it, but we'll order it again" which to me means that they didn't order it at all. When I'm not able to get through on the phones, I stop in and usually have to wait while they figure out what's happening with my order. Nobody has been willing or able to communicate the issues to me. At one point, they told me that they didn't have it in stock and then upon checking their stock, they had it and were able to fill it. I understand that pharmacies are extremely busy and understaffed, but with advanced notice it shouldn't be hard to fill my single inhaler that I get every month. I've always been extremely nice to them, but when I have to wait over a week to get inhalers or antibiotics, it's unacceptable. I tried using the home delivery service, thinking it may be better but here we are, 9 days after ordering my prescription, and it still says "processing". I cancelled my refill and will be getting my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.

While I don't want to blame the employees here, the quality of care shown towards my ability to get my medication has been non-existent. They got a fresh prescription for my meds in five days ago, and when I called to see if it was ready for pick up today they said they still needed to order it. This isn't an uncommon medication, and the fact they didn't order it when the prescription came in is ridiculous to me. Walgreens as a company needs to do better, and I'm never getting a prescription sent to one again after this experience.

BAD CUSTOMER CARE!! I yelped a review and received a corporate response immediately that promised a local managerial response within two days and I received NO RESPONSE four days later.
