I don’t know why is the pharmacy going downhill fast. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes for them to tell me why my medication is delayed and how much longer do I need to wait. The first time I was on hold for almost an hour and then the call dropped? Is horrible and now they’ll be adding Rite Aid costumers too?? Is going to be so much worse.

I usually use Costco. But decided to use Walgreens this time. What a mistake! I don't know where to start. Meds not in stock so they sent my RX to a different store. I also had Some meds from another Dr and they were to busy to go check messages from Doctors. I came back the next day and was told they don't have anything for me. My Dr office said she spoke personally to the tech. I tried to call them and waited 20 minutes on hold. Decided to just drive over there. To find out they didn't have anything for me. Never again!

They absolutely suck everytime I place a prescription to pick up i have to call because there dumbasses dont push the right button for my insurance or it's early which is bullshit

I called to make sure the prescription was ready before coming in. I arrived and I'm still on the phone waiting. It's been 1 hour and 10 minutes and still on the line. I've been waiting in line for pick up as well and its been 50 minutes now. More staff is probably needed, because this is crazy.

If I could rate this store, a zero I would. I am traveling, and it all started in the Salt Lake City, Utah, where the Walgreens located on Main Street was closed on Monday, April 7th, because they have no pharmacist employed. I had to catch a flight so I had the prescription called into this location as it was the closest to where I was visiting. Online it shows they’re open till 10 PM. However the pharmacy is only open till 9 PM so upon arrival, I could not get the prescription.
The next day I called to ensure my prescription was ready. He stated only one was. Mind you, this is almost 20 hours later. The person stated he can fulfill the other two within the next 30 minutes. I asked about having it delivered since I do not have a car as I was traveling to the area and they said I had to do it through the Walgreens app which it would be DoorDash. I went onto the Walgreens app and there was no way to set up any delivery at all thru Door Dash with the options. I decided to take Uber and I arrived at 1:31 PM and they said they cannot help me as they are closing for lunch until 2:05 PM. It may be a smart choice for Walgreens to at least alternate the lunch hour so you are still able to serve customers. Worst experience with this brand switching to CVS immediately!

Actually the worst pharmacy ever always an insane line which whatever I can get over that, but that lack of customer service and basic respect from the pharmacy techs (2 younger- middle aged males with dark hair) is absolutely unreal. The attitude when being asked basic questions about the medication and the refill process is insane, you guys are continuously refilling my script incorrectly and then when I’m asking questions I’m being told 5 different stories on how to mend the situation. You guys can stop acting like teenage girls and answer the question with what little customer service skills that you can manage to scrounge up!

Hands down worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. Line stretched all the way to front of store, waited for over an hour & they told me to wait another 45 minutes (after which they just closed). Couldn't get life saving medication & I feel worse for all the suffering people in line to get treated like this. Completely unprofessional

Waited on hold twice today for a total of 4 hours and finally hung up. This happens every time I call. When you go to pick medicine up it’s always multiple days delayed and that’s IF they even have it in stock once the prescription goes through. It didn’t used to be like this but it’s really horrible. I’ve been with Walgreens for well over 30 years and I’m so done with them. It’s so ridiculous. Hire some employees!

Horrible service. Have to wait over half an hour everytime. Most of the employees are on there phones, gossiping, or are walking around looking like they don't know what they are doing. They are very disorganized and never can find anything. On top of that they all dress sloppy and disheveled. Time for a new pharmacy. Where do they find these people? Extremely unprofessional.
