I’ve been to many Walmarts across the US. This has to be one of the most depressing locations I’ve ever been to. Even the one in the middle of nowhere Indiana I went to was better

Purchased a 70 inch tv on June 9th 2024. It was in clearance for $411. Got tv home had to wait a little bit to get help mounring on the wall. June 19th we opened tv and mounted on wall plugged in and tv had no picture. Spoke with Samsung support and they had me go thru several steps trying to get screen to work they said it was an internal issue and the quickest option.was to return to the store we packed it back into box on 06/20/2024 I went to the store to return it there was a very rude employee in customer service she opened the tv to inspect it. She stated the numbers matched on the reciept and the box but she.could not verify that the tv I was trying to return was the one that goes in the box. I assured her it was she accused me of scratching the serial number off the back of the tv and there was no way it was a new tv and she got 2 other employees to come view tv. They also stated it had some dust on the back of the tv so it was used I told them we had removed our old 55 inch tv off the mount and my husband did not give me the chance to dust before he put the new tv on. It was out of the package for no more than 2 hours. They said I would have to speak with the store manager and he was not there they said I could leave the tv there but they would not give me a refund. I had them box it back up and I returned it to the West 11th location without issues was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Very poor customer service.

Honestly, it's just your everyday typical Wal-Mart shopping center. There is plenty of parking per usual when it comes to Wally World lol. No complaints other than... well, it's Wal-Mart, lol.
