The electronics department lady was helpful in getting me my new straight talk phone. She was fast at the set up and thorough. I hope she gets a raise soon, didn't catch her name but she wore a medical boot. All in all, the Walmart was clean and organized.

They did a great job with the Switch 2 preorder and delivery. I appreciated the little touches like the thank you postcard and the little snack bag. It was a little reminiscent of the fun that midnight releases used to be!

Probably my fault for expecting a Walmart employee to be competent at their job, but I decided to try a pick up order. They marked one item as only having a quantity of one available even though I ordered 3. I wish I was making this up, but there was an actual massive display of the exact item right next to where it went on the shelf. That's not where the trouble ended. When I got home, an item they supposedly managed to find and scan didn't end up in the basket of stuff we loaded into my car. Do not waste your time with this order pick up thing.

Very rude secretary guy that enjoys harassing people that have not even been parked for 5 minutes waiting for store to open so I could get cats cat litter. Upset me enough so I moved to the road and he is continuing to harassing me shining his bright lights right in my face and telling me I can't be on public road waiting for store to open. He needs to get a life and for the love of God grow up and not be rude to people that shop there and help make it so you have a paycheck and not homeless...

Update, the fraudulent drivers are now using store 3258 as a training area and giving gifts to staff.
Obviously rotten food, fraudulent drivers, minors doing shop an deliveries, unpicked items that are in stock and attempt theft of delivery by driver. This has all occurred in my last 6 deliveries.
This is what you can expect from Walmart on West 11th when ordering delivery. The Store refuses to take any actions to curb the fraudulent drivers.
And yes I am well aware that Walmart, safety is your top priority. It's easy to say that when your reply is copy paste.

My only thing was that so many of the products were locked up. You have to lock up T-shirts? When things are locked up, I have to go find someone to unlock it. then I feel pressured because I'm wasting their time. must have high theft in that area.
