Unfortunately, there was a system error, and it turned out the watch was not available and had to be special ordered. Not only did she address my case promptly, but she also took it upon herself to handle the situation with utmost care. Torre ensured I was refunded for the express shipping cost and personally made the order for the watch, going the extra mile to speak with their Seiko representative.Despite facing hurdles in their online system, Torre kept me in the loop throughout the process. I received the watch approximately a week later.
