While attempting my own phone repair, I ran into a REALLY stuck screw that I promptly stripped. Came in, asked for help, and lo and behold, the screw was removed. Fantastic experience, repair complete.

My Kyosera (Android) phone would not restart after shutting it down to attend a movie. I took it in to the Washington Square branch and they were able to get it up and running in about 5 minutes. Best of all, they did not charge me! I highly recommend these folks if your cell phone misbehaves.

The mark of a good company typically shines brightest when things go wrong. Brought my phone in to have the screen repaired. The initial replacement screen utilized did not work properly due to a manufacturing flaw. They updated me, called around and were able to obtain a new screen that was not in stock same day to make the repair. Given all the extra hoops they had to run through, plus doubling their labor costs, I was not charged an extra dime. Communicative, prompt, and professional.

Great price great value great service. Called for a quote to replace an Iphone screen and within min had an estimate and a time to do it. Went same day and had it fixed.

Tried calling them and I have to press 5 to be connected... Calling because my phone screen is broken and I literally can't press 5 because it's in the middle of my screen and the middle of my screen isn't working. Not sure why you would have your customers press a button intead of just be directly connected.

Less than a year on from my phone getting the battery replaced, and I had to buy a new battery, because the replacement (which ended up being worse at holding a charge) swelled up and caused the back to come off the phone. They did a fine job replacing the screen of the phone, but the battery was very poor quality. I would not recommend going to them, when there are other places in town that will use better quality, safer replacement products.

Professionally done.Fast repair on my broken screen.I have to say though that the color is half gone off my screen now. I wasn’t expecting that at all. Kind of ruins the experience of looking at photos on my phone now since it looks like a Polaroid from the 1970’s.They said that’s normal now that IPhone doesn’t make screens for older iPhones now. I have to say it’s a bit disappointing. They would have known for years that that is an ongoing glitch since that’s their business. They should have told me in advance.

called and said my phone was shattered, including LCD, they said we'll have to order the parts and it will take a week. when i drop off the phone a week later he says oh the back is cracked and we cant fix it without removing the back and that they would have to order that now. That should have been addressed on the first phone call. He knew the back had to be perfect for him to fix the front, what are the chances the phone is shattered but the back is perfect?
