I went to this branch. While there were four employees chit-chatting in the back, I was informed that nobody was there who could help me and to make an appointment for a future time. They also recommended going to another branch. In other words, if you need to do banking, go to another branch.

Wells Fargo & specifically at this branch - Tina - I was truly amazed at how unprofessional you were in our interactions this morning. In three states and thousands of transactions, I can say I’ve never had a grown adult scoff, roll their eyes and make as many faces as you did while you were “helping” me. Management should really discuss professionalism with this staff member, immediately. I will avoid this branch in the future.

New and substantially worsened! Only one employee available when I walk in and the people at the front are holding up the entire line. I remember when they’d have 4+ people available and frequently the wait would be nonexistent due to their effective customer service and staffing. I’d say I’m spoiled but something tells me Wells Fargo isn’t any poorer than it used to be. What a joke. Won’t be going to this location ever.

I went to get cash here for an upcoming international trip. Out of the $5,000 in 100's, only four 100 dollar bills were current. The rest of the cash was comprised of old tattered $100 dollar bills from the 1980's, which are useless overseas. The teller did not count the money in front of me, so I didn't know. The new $100 bills were on top of the stack, so I thought I was receiving all new bills. This is not professional.

I walked in today and was greeted with a hello by more than just one person on the staff. I was called up by Reid and he gave me some really great online banking tips that will save me a lot of gas and time in the future, which I extremely appreciate. I’m overall satisfied with the service and professionalism of this particular branch and pray the best for all the staff.

Well if you want to wait a long time, be hassled for trying to do business with an actual human teller (never the same person, and always in training on their 2nd or 3rd day) instead of a machine, and made to feel silly for not knowing something about this locations rules regarding the transaction you're trying to make, here's your bank. Other location on Coburg is great though.
