The food is mediocre but the employees are friendly and helpful and usually very quick with the food. Overall Wendy's food quality has gone down but the employees being so courteous and proficient at there job saved it from a 2 star. So if it's convenient for you then go buy if there's another fast-food near by I should go there instead....#Geno$realDietary restrictions: They will add or take off whatever condiments you want and are usually very accurate in doing so???Kid-friendliness: No play area but I think they have a kids menu with a toy Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and a ramp to the door

Me and my girlfriend were doing uber eats got there before closing to secure our clients order which was already paid for my girlfriend and me saw and extensive and unmoving line tried the lobby door to pick up got glared at waited in line for over and hour to only get to the ordering window with four cars that had been ahead of us and be told at the window they were not accepting further orders drove up to window to explain the order had already been ordered and paid for only to be ignored had to arrange for the order to be canceled and the client reimbursed and our ratings drop I've rarely seen such poor customer service hostility unwillingness to perform the most basic responsibilities of the position and unwillingness to accommodate apologist assist or make amends the profound lack of professional integrity was staggering I'm not likely to frequent that particular Wendy's as a customer again

Poor service to 3rd party delivery drivers as well as customers, they had 5-10 people in the line at 2:24 and they didn't move the line at all until 2:40 and at that point it was down to 3-5 cars and by the time we got to the ordering station to pick up the order for the customer, it told us it was closed (3:10 am) so we pulled up to the drive thru window and were refused the order that consisted of one burger, fries, and a fountain drink that was more than likely already prepared.

Sat in line for 30 minutes just to get to the menu to tell me they are closed. Not okay. At all . Workers are LAZY. Half the time they’re high lol.

Wait times after lobby is closed can and has been up to, if not longer than 1 hour waiting in drive thru. Line is constantly parted in 2 even though there is only 1 lane for drive thru creating confusion and angry customers. And in some cases the line leads out to west 11th which I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure is illegal. Being short staffed is 1 thing in itself but 90% of people waiting are drivers, again I’m no expert but if an order is not ready or projected to take time to complete, simply have the customer either pull ahead or go back around through the drive thru to keep things moving. On a side note: I waited 30 mins for 2 orders only to get to the window and realize that employees were in a physical altercation including 2 males and 1 female I’m not sure exactly who was hurt or what may have caused this but I did not stick around to find out…

Not a great experience this evening. 3 out of the 6 that ate there this evening have been throwing up profusely. Noticed a worker when we were leaving seemed to be picking his nose. Hoping nobody else gets sick from this evenings

Went by this week to get burger in the drive-thru, The service was the worst they gave me the wrong burger, and when I told him they told me that was the right one. I have to unwrap the burger to show them was the wrong one.After wait like 30 minutes, they give me the burger and they give me the look like was my faul.

Really pathetic customer service tonight displayed by an older gentleman working in the lobby. I’m attempting to pick up an online order and he decides that he’s closing the lobby before 10:00pm and can’t hand me my order. You close at 10:00pm not 9:58. I might be splitting hairs, but a shred of common sense would have been appreciated.

Customer service was polite and friendly. The order was correct. We ordered chili and baked potatoes, and both were not as tasty as expected.

They burnt the bacon on the fries and that ruined it not happy with this visit to Wendy's. Come on pick it up guys you can do better.
