I used my card to pay for a wash, but it only had regular water at the lowest pressure, and nothing else (no soap or wax). The spray trigger did nothing, so I was charged the $2 minimum for essentially nothing. I moved to a second station, where everything worked, except the machine shut off when I selected wax.

Im writing this since your car wash isnt working i put $2.25 in the machine and no water... and no phone number of course.... please contact me for my money back since you cannot keep your carwash running and obviously havent been around for a while since all the trash cans are completely over full with trash everywhere ... come on mane . Ill be waiting for your reply thanks.

Worst car wash in Eugene! The car wash charged me $10 on my car when it said it was $2 and then after washing my car i went over to organize it a little and the owner sent security to me saying im trespassed for not leaving immediately after i was done washing my car

Low soap in the sprayer but other than that it's a classic diy car wash. Great if you need to wash something really specific on your vehicle or if you just prefer to clean it your own way.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. No soap in the brushes and vacuums don’t function. I don’t write reviews but you’d think someone would put up a sign on these broken machines and stalls. Don’t waste your money.
